I have only encountered these kind of people in big cities. Like a million plus people in that city. And the likelyhood to encounter these people was rising if that city had a commercial harbour. Inland cities not so much, for some reason.

I think in the further context it was more about undiagnosed autism and ADHD since they were talking about streamers taking online autism tests and timeline wise this clip was from a month or 2 before she talked about her OCD on stream

I do well in school, it was fully paid for but I still hate it. I make more than enough to travel the world and donate regularly to my oshi.
