Only grounding down doesn't score points in MMA. The Indian fighter took his opponent to the ground but neither engaged in a fight nor allowed the Nepalese fighter to do so. Clearly, this approach is considered a waste of time in MMA. On the other hand, the Nepalese fighter utilized ground-and-pound effectively, targeting his opponent in the 1st and 2nd rounds, which helped him collect points and secure victory in the bout. Thanks.
The score is based on Damage, not takedowns or ground control, indian guy also attempted many submissions but he failed to submit

@@sijanjungkarki6449 Dhruv clearly outstruck dikpal in the first round and did more damage. so he won the first round. the second round was debatable, Dhruv had more ground control with multiple submission attempts but dikpal did some damage with ground and pound(that was the only round where he actually landed his strikes)..So Dikpal 1-1 Dhruv or Dhruv 2-0 Dikpal..And the third round, dikpal did absolutely nothing other than striking the floor with his back,after getting thrown by the other fighter. This one is a clear robbery, I don't know who you are trying to fool by pretending like its a fair decision.
