Chris - I was inspired by ur pot So I made the beef 3:453:463:47 Peleau but with black eyed peas and Poi bhagie; the end product was “ irie “ Thanks for the tips
I know it is a cooking channel, but it is so sad to know as people of color. We share the same culture around the world. However we go so strong to depict how different we are. As a creole descent I find our food in a lot of your cuisines and other cultures of the African diaspora. The seasoning may be different, how you prepare it may be different, but the foundation of any African food has always been the same. And that is love, how to feed large families on two ingredients and the taste is by far delectable. We can not ever deny who we are truly at heart no matter what side of the world we're on. ♥️ Wherever the sun is we are no matter what✌🏾🙏🏾
Would roucou (annatto) work instead of tomato paste 🤔 Not that I can find it that easily here, just wondering, though. Otherwise, this is yet another great recipe, and I can't wait to gather the ingredients and make it 😋 Thank you 😊
Absolutely love how you go step by step with your recipe the teens will definitely benefit ❤❤

Never heard of this dish. Will definitely have to try. Also like adding tomatoes and tomato products to recipes. I like the flavor they bring.
