In the US, and that’s the phrase we use where I am (Illinois) but I’m sure it’s more common among females than males to know what it means😂

I feel like I’m a poor excuse of a female because I didn’t know what “thirds” meant. It made sense after you explained it, but I just never heard it called that before. I usually just say “I wanna get my third holes pierced”, but I suppose that could come across as something ENTIRELY DIFFERENT… so “thirds” sounds way better 😅😅
