@@miamimagicians true :) yes lol but never a full time pro in the sense of the word. Vernon had 2 acts back in the day and both failed as to make him known as a professional working performer...Charlie Miller did it all and was a real performer. True that He also had his problems and issues, depended a lot on others for he was always broke... vernon was not much different on that sense lol he once went to France to do a seminar and he had that arranged for him, got a place to stay etc... in the end, his intention was to see again salvano perform. Vernon loved salvano and always wanted to go see him perform. The seminar was an excuse he arranged
Even at 93 he is still impressive.
Dai, Carney, Burger, Trono, Swiss and Turner. oh my.
Great interview talking about the past from the past! brilliant!
Love it! "Just another damn bird act!"
John Carney at 3:20
Eugene Burger at 9:59
The professor
Stupid interviewer held the mic too far away from him...all I got was background noise. Couldn't understand anything he said.
John carney In the background. Thats cool.
Vernon was very technical but Charlie Miller was way better. Charlie was a performer, Vernon was not.
Vernon was a performer full time for laymen for awhile
