Yeah I was also thinking the same. I might probably book it in near future but currently I'm waiting for my tuscon. One thing I'm waiting for is that they introduce the 3008 which might be a hot buy if launched in 6.5 to 7 million price bracket

One correction is important : Peugeot is NOT a luxury car manufacturer,infact it is one of the more affordable alternatives for the premium brands in europe,so dont think of buying this car for luxury,infact this will probably have more build quality issues than kia hyundai toyota etc

What are you on about? Every crossover/SUV is almost 60 lacs now in Pakistan. Relatively speaking, it offers an excellent value to money considering it is a European car. Now, whether 60 lacs is a lot or not is a subjective matter. This car is only for those who are already using SUV and are comfortable spending this much amount. For people like us who only have 13 lacs, we are not even their target audience so it's useless to rant about its price.
Disappointing points😡 1. No electric seats 2. No arm and head rest for rear passengers 3. No charging points for rear passengers 4. Rear doors are not good for those who loves to see outside during the journey 5. Engine has only 3 cylinders.

Bought new peugeot 2008 last week. It was a difficult decision as compare to Tucson and Sportage. Major reason was fuel economy. Drive and pickup is good. Fuel consumption is not that what it is said within the city. It gives 8-10km/L. On its very first use, the rear window button dropped inside its box which shows its built qualtity is not that great. I got fixed it the next day but it happened again. So bit disappointed.
Very biased review.....he mentioned all plastic interior in swift which is a budget car and complained about no soft touch plastics and in this car he is okay with it.....very nice 👍
The door doesn't open very widely, Getting in and Out for someone with a Bulkier Body will be difficult as will be the fitting of a Child seat, because getting it in/out will be a challenge.

Peugeot 508 sedan not 5008 SUV here in France will be more successful there in Pakistan as of my thinking because first of all in Pakistan Sedans are the most successful and more demanding cars and Peugeot 508 with it’s 3rd generation is a whole new futuristic design interior is worth but it’s price will be slightly higher than the other sedans available in Pakistan near 90 million pkr and hybrid one is 130 million pkr which will quite a problematic there but if they launch that car there will compete well.

The only missing part in expert and owner’s review is the cost to maintain. Eg. engine oil, filter, spark plugs.
