If it's not around Halloween time you won't be able to purchase them unless you know how to use cheat engine or something like that!!! So keep checking beauty clinic on msp frequently because they should be added soon!
MSP probably hasn't added it back yet. They usually add the makeup I showed you in this video every year around this time!! So stay tuned it should show up before the end of October/Halloween.

It's a eye that only comes out during halloween so it's not longer in shop now.
