Just got my buddy into this. He chose this deck based on a clan introduction video. My nubutama dominate gets him still but he's getting there ;) wish more people played where I live.
Thanks to Phantom Blaster "Diablo", this deck easily deals with Harri, Dominate, Angel Feathers (Not Nociel Gyze though lol), Nightrose, Coral (they can easily g guard though with strong draw power), and few others including Messiah. You aren't going to win all your games but I am satisfied that I can beat those decks. ;)
Questions on this deck (Because i reallw want to build diablo) Q1: Can this hold up against to meta decks? Q2: Wouldn't the resources be widdled away quick since you use your units as costs? Q3: Can I buy a legend deck and just uograde it from there? Q4: Many people said that its dead in the water and pure diablo is just sad. Do you agree? Q5: Building ritual diablo. Thoughts?
Q1: Yes/No, I've been lucky to beat Luard decks and Messiah but at the same time lose to them. Q2: That's the point of Shadow Paladins as a whole, Diablo is meant to end the game quick, if not you lose. Q3: Of course. Q4: Up to you. I play pure because I like it that way. It's not as consistent as Luard but compared to other Shadows it's worth the money. Q5: If you want to be competitive, sure. But pure Luard is the better option. I've tried the hybrid, not my style as the play style favoured rituals more.
I watched so many deck profile of Diablo but I didn't saw any of them playing blaster dark 😂 Can I know the reason why they didn't play the blaster dark?
I wonder to a degree myself. They might not feel it as viable given it might be outdated in their perspective. But the deck operates on Blaster Dark so I never found him a dead card haha. I would say his cost from effects are the cause for players not wanting to play him.
Why don't you take out 1 macha for hoel? Also i would replace nemain with karma collector since there are times when you don't have hoel and need countercharges. Not running draws for soul and the new heal? No branwen for stride fodder? I still play diablo but i mostly play pure luard or luard diablo sometimes but is dragabyss luard good in diablo only? Since diablo focuses on G1 where dragabyss can help you to call kahedins or charons but i wanna know your opinion. Also my list for G zone is 4 PBD,2 SBD,2 aurageyser dragon or 1 aurageyser dragon and 1 doomed,4 dragabyss,2 plotmaker dragon,and 2 dark veil dragon
I would play another Hoel if I had it. Same applies for Karma collector, if I had them I would use them. Draws I find to not work for my playstyle. The new heal is up to you as it doesn't make too big of a difference. Well dragabyss can work in diablo but since lard has more ritual units, it would get more benefits. You can play it but honestly I would just play what I already have and perhaps even make space for hellheim and doomed. 4 dragabyss might be overkill for diablo.
Its the two grade 3 beside blaster dark The two grade 2 beside macha and blaster dark spirit And the two grade 1 at the middle of charon and trumpeter And the stand trigger and some grade 4 that you added thats all thanks
@@chopper.6474 The other 2 g3s are vortimer "diablo" and death spray dragon. As for g2s we have Hoel, and dark saga painter. G1s we have kahedin and black-winged sword breaker. Stand is arsur. G4s are up to you, aurageyser, phantom blaster diablo, spectral blaster diablo, vert, draganger ogma, ratios are up to you. Hope this clears things up. ;)
Well for pros, shadow paladin is best at superior calling grade 1s. Royals call grade 2s which might seem better but shadows make up with that by having better skills available for their grade 1s. They also in addition retire opponent's rear guards like kagero whilst gaining benefits. E.g Phantom Blaster Diablo. Depending on variant, you can restand, cycle through deck easily, gain free or easier cost for stride and huge powerups on top of locking out perfect guards. As for cons, a certain amount of skill is needed to play this deck and you need practice. You need to control yourself when retiring your own units otherwise you lose everything by late game leaving you open for an easy kill. Sorry for the long paragraph. Wanted to be as detailed as possible.

I stopped when the reboot started because it was difficult at the time to convert to premium but recently I've been saving up so one day when I go out to buy a couple of boxes, I could update this deck. Vanguard will return one day on this channel.

@@sasukestk Awesome. I already made a small build with the SP deck too but after seeing Mordred and a few of the other new amazing staples, I knew I had to get way more to make a deck to suffice.

Was building this deck over a long period of time. The legend deck I trade with something else I already had then I got every small bits and pieces on the way. The only expensive cards were really Hoel which were 13 ea. Other than that most of the main deck was fairly cheap under $2.
How much is hoel worth in terms of dollars, should I even put vortimer in my shadow paldin diablo deck currently I have 2 vortimer but I almost never ride vortimer should I trade it for hoel?
I'm Australian so prices will be in AUD which Hoel goes for $13. Depends how many g3s you're using, if 8 then I would keep the 2 Vortimers as they can be backup if you don't draw into Blaster Dark
I don't think I need vortimer as my starter is creeping dark goat which allows me to check top 5 card for a grade 3 and place it to hand , so I almost get blaster dark every time I play (this starter doesn't need GB to act)
And also currently I have 14 cards in my g zone , I am thinking my last 2 should be auragesyer and dommed for the crit and retire so I can finish with phantom baster drag. Suggestions?
No. I don't intend on selling any of my decks. Even if I did I live in Australia, shipping costs will be more than the deck itself. Try TCGplayer. They have lots of the cards I have for a good deal.

Yes occasionally I also lose to dominate which I also play myself. It is hard sometimes looking for vanguard players.
Play both afterimage and dominate one good reason pick cards up from field you don't want killed and slap your opponent with their own rear guards

My main deck I use is Gavrail but during Nationals last year December I used this deck and got 4-3.
