It is safe to wrap the mid balloon with news paper and glue. If the mid one burst outer will be safe with the paper wrap...

There is no need, centre balloon is enough strong never get burst up to 2 to 3 days

Right ! I'm glad you said that because although it's a very nice idea,if the balloons burst or deflates then it'll be ruined. I will be copying this for my grandchildren but instead of balloons I will do paper mache instead.
