Big Arms/Final Boss is used for the Big Arms fight for Knuckles (and Sonic and Tails for S3AIR) and the Death Egg Robot in Death Egg Zone (better known as the Kyodai Eggman Robo). It is required for track completion. And what more is there to do other than Blue Spheres? John has all of the jingles done already.
