My beloved young woman, you have blessed me with your testimony of humility and pride. I work in a surgery center around a lot of nurses and doctors, who do same-day surgeries. I am a ambulatory Tech working in the recovery room. I walk patients to their cars when they leave. I clean and redress the stretchers and recliners, I stock the warmer with blankets, I stock the cabinets and frig with snacks and drinks, and other duties such as these. It is a humble job, and a few of the doctors and some nurses don't speak to me and say hello when I say hello. I am a born again Christian and have been for many years. But in this job I feel like I am the last man on the totem pole. Please don't get me wrong most of them are nice and kind and do speak to me, but there are a few who do not. I like my job, but at times Satan tries to make me feel like I am "less-than' the others because the job is a humble job, not like the nurses I work around. Anyway thank you so much for sharing this. Thank you for sharing that powerful testimony! You were able to put in to words the work that the Lord wants to do in all of our lives. He is able to lift us up when we humbles ourselves under HIs mighty hand. The problem is being able to know the voice of the Lord versus the voice of the enemy. Thats why its imperative to read His word as much as possible! It sharpens/exercises your spiritual senses so that you are able to know when the tempter is trying to steal your victory. Being in a loving relationship with God helps boost the hunger for His word. A loving relationship that recognizes that He sacrificed His only begotten Son for our sins so that we could have eternal life. That is enough to make me fall on my knees right now and rejoice!! When Jesus told the parable of the sower who sowed good seed, He later mentioned how the the enemy will come right after to steal the truth from the good soil. Your life is "good soil” and you were able to discern the voices and get the victory found through humility. Hallelujah! Humble yourselves ini the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up!”James 4:10

Thank you for sharing this, good testimony to keep in mind when we believe entitled to more of this world. Remember that we are in the world but not of the world, therefore let us store our treasure in heaven.

Zechariah 4:10 says "Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin..."Such is the Kingdom of God as a seed planted, nourished, and protected which produces many good results. And we know that God gives grace to the humble - the proud get nothing, except to be brought low. That was satan's flaw (pride) and he will be brought low right into the bottomless pit. But we see Christ as our example who humbled himself for our sake and now He is the Exalted One to whom we owe our eternal gratitude. By the way many blessing and happiness on your wedding day and beyond. I hope you dont stop uploading your videos - they are timely and uplifting. God bless you and yours.

Yes agree me too. Her videos are a blessing, and i learn something each time i listen. She has taught me to be honest with God, talk to him about everything and im very grateful because i had struggled in the past with viewing God as a good Father because i never had an earthly father, but just telling God my heart, my doubts, fears has enabled me to grow and learning to trust Him more and more. Grateful for the videos so much xxx

Thank you so much for this message. I really needed this because I myself struggle with pride and the fear of judgement and criticizing from people. I also feel so embarrassed that I have learning struggles and deal with OCD. God is good and faithful and God bless you!!!!

Thank you for your testimony. I also went through this experience and sadly the lies of the enemy had made me believe that I should not be doing it again and question Him why I went through the same situation. However, your testimony tells me that the right way even though embarassing to the eyes of the world, it is still the right way thus, I must do good works despite people's criticism. Even though it hurts my pride, we should not have pride anyway. 🙂

Wow video is a year or so old but it touched my heart. Powerful message sis! Really convicted. The amount of times i have styled up my job titles in the past just so that i can appear to be a "somebody" for the world and impress others, l'm grateful for the Holy Spirit, He convicts and changes us and its so true God gives grace to the humble. Loved this message, love all your videos really, i listen to them over and over and each time i learn different things. God bless you and your family x

There is nothing wrong with questioning and wanting to do better ieva. The prodigal son realised this when feeding the scraps to the pigs. He was humbled and realised that with his father, life was better and that he had taken it for granted.
God has given each of us talents and gifts to use for his glory. We need to look for opportunities to use these. You have a law degree - how can you use this to help others? I am not criticising you, but we will all have to give an accounting for what we have been given - Matt 25 14-25

I think pride is biggest sin . Sagan rebelled because of pride . It also is hardest sin to conquer. With Jesus help we can overcome it . Jesus was tempted in all sins
