Dont forget I Pass for the Chicago area tollways and I Zoom for the Indiana toll road and while you're at it, passes for the Kansas and Oklahoma turnpike systems, toll passes for the Dallas Houston and Austin area toll roads, and for the Orange County toll roads south of Los Angeles.
First and great drive! What if I tell you that I have 6 E-ZPass transponders/toll tags with issuing agency below? -E-ZPass Minnesota, formerly MnPass issued by MnDOT. -E-PASS Uni Florida issued by Central Florida Expressway Authority. -E-ZPass Massachusetts issued by MassDOT. -E-ZPass Maine issued by Maine Turnpike Authority. -E-ZPass Delaware issued by DelDOT. -E-ZPass Rhode Island issued by Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority. Now if you're wondering why I have more than one E-ZPass transponders, this is because most states will only give you discounts if you use their own tags and not other tags from different states. And also I have to use my E-ZPass Minnesota to use HOT lanes to get a free toll with the switchable tag for HOV 2+ or HOV 3+ on a HOV/HOT lanes, which functions as a E-ZPass Flex. And no I'm putting 6 tags at once, I just swap them when I enter different state.
Nebraska is not known as "The Good Life State", it is known as "The Cornhusker State or The Beef State". I have family in Nebraska (the center of the state and North Platte).

Nice man! Bring back the old soundtracks lol
Thanks! How old are we talking?
Great drive, great video!!!! Thanks for sharing your adventure!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I remember the summer of 2022 by North Platte everything is green but in Ogallala everything was brown and no water in the South Platte River!!!
Hmm thats interesting, must be the North Platte water shed received rain but the South Platte didn't?
I just did this drive on Sunday
I bet it looked a bit greener than in this video, someday I would love to head out here in the spring when the grass is still green!
The construction was complete in 2023 and 2024 on I 80 when I drove on this!!!
That's good to hear, the one lane each direction was kinda annoying but a necessary evil for smooth roads!

Sounds like you're ready for a road trip!
For your next adventure you should go out east to New York city on only US highways through the Appalachian mountains. (Edit) I mean no interstates.
Yes, I do need to head east at some point! Eventually I would love to take two trips a year, one east and one west!

Thanks, I do know that it is the Cornhusker state, I was just referring to what it says on the Nebraska state welcome signs.
