Hi !! Here in USA you only get the Milk cartons of more than 3 ltr and for infants you can buy A2 milk cartons (pack of 3) from Costco 😊

You do get smaller milk cartons as well in regular grocery stores and not Costco. But the prices will be such that you will buy a 1 gallon minimum to save money

Yes, Chicago immigration is quite strict. Due to the same reason we choose our port of entry as Houston while coming to US for the first time.
