It s indeed her last best performance voice-wise for this song, but this is still good. As an Aroha, I’m seeing/hearing Dreamcatcher for the first time during this promotion and I am impressed with their stage performance, in turn, I was curious to check out their MV too. As painful as it may feel today, the girls’ time will come the more exposure they get. (Astro didn’t get their 1st win until years later so I’ve been thru the roller coaster of emotions too) They have you all behind them for support and that says a lot already. Their storylines, their visuals, hell even their graphic design (look at these albums and posters!): they are all second to none. Their reality show was hilarious. They gained attention from the creators of Among Us and people who aren't even into K-pop. 'BEcause' is a triumph in every way that Dreamcatcher always has been. They're fun, sweet, and nothing, no win anywhere, tops that. They have the powerful bonds between their members. They have all of our love. I know we're disappointed. I know that together we are holding this pain, but Dreamcatcher has gained momentum every comeback, and one day, the tipping point will come.

Guys don't be discouraged. The pop-synthpop-rock style of Dreamcatcher isn't that mainstream for South Korean standards. Also, did you notice the most important thing of the new album? That the distribution is now in the hands of Sony Music! They don't really need the K-Pop industry channel that much anymore, thank you... Just to continue doing what they do well... They have a giant behind them now, supporting them and having their back to keep doing their thing... The K-Pop scene has the Big 3 dominating everything, so they win by default or by rigging the votes. But DC don't really rely on the K-Pop market so much. They address the world. South Korea is a country of 51 million. North and South America, Asia and Europe have billions. That's 9 zeros. What they will have to do is to become a big in the international market, in the next few years. But for this to happen, the pandemic needs to cool down and for concerts to start again. That's the only way. Groups like DC need concerts to become really successful, internationally. Their amazing 2-day Utopia/Dystopia online concert surely showed the Sony Music management what they can really do and it was a successful showcase. Right after that, the new mini album cover showed the logo of Sony Music, with big, clear letters. A huge win for DC Company and Dreamcatcher. Also remember that Blackpink weren't that huge in Korea, before they appeared in Coachella, in the US, because YG wasn't that big on the international market, back then. But, the same goes for J-Rock bands like Babymetal, also being distributed by Sony Music (just like DC). They became known after Coachella and other huge venues. Sony seems to like and invest in fresh Pop-Rock-Metal concepts, so they signed DC now. Surely Sony will use it's channels to promote Dreamcatcher abroad. Concert halls, media, radio time, streaming, DC now being on Weverse, and large US media outlets it's sister companies own. Moreover, now that the news is that DC won't renew with Pony Canyon, we should expect Sony to invest heavily in promoting them in the Japanese market. Their home turf. In the West, groups don't really need to compete in some rigged TV shows to be recognized and get "wins", just stream and sell concert tickets, which in turn brings sales and air time and success. But Koreans also recognize the groups that succeed internationally and represent their country with pride abroad. That's when Dreamcatcher will be big in Korea: After returning home as winners.
