Absolutely beautiful. Ella sounded like she was right in her prime years and Angelina was 10 years old. Really nothing more to say. To put both of them together like this is nothing short of a miracle. And I do believe that: her level and precision are beyond just talent and practice. And knowing that she (even now she is only 17) combines it with school.... Wow!!

I had the privilege to see Ella in concert towards the end of her career,when her eyesight had grown so poor,she needed to be guided up on the stage. But,oh,her voice was pristine!! I had the privilege to see Ella Fitzgerald live in Lebanon in 1972. At the time I was 18 years old 1st year university student and never dreamed of being able to afford or access ticket to the Baalbeck International Festival where she was to perform. Luckily a family friend who was a senior security official at the festival managed to sneak me and my girlfriend in. That year Ella was having few health issues and against the advice of her doctor she said “ Even if I’ll never be able to sing again, I will not skip this festival”. She performed between the ruins of the ancient Temple of Bacchus and what a memorable performance that was. I first discovered Angelina when she performed at Norske Talenter. Although she sang a Billie Holiday song, my first thought was, Angelina is the new Ella. How amazing is it to be able to watch and follow in real time a music legend in the making!!! Angie and family were running late after this performance, but got to the airport and plane just in time. They flew to LA California. On the way back to Oslo Norway she started to write her song "Oslo". She finished it and fined tuned it at 11. Pretty song. Btw, did you know that Angelina will drop a single from her upcoming debut album with Republic Records on May 5th ? The song is called "Love Don't Let Me Go", and she has already dropped a 32 second teaser on her socials (Instagram and Tiktok). Her album is set to release later this year, but I have no date yet. Angelina has said that the album exclusively will contain her own material, and that it will have a 60's vibe to it. And this is very reassuring, as it seems that RR has let Angelina have her way with it, and that they are not trying to force her into the more traditional pop scene. Angie and family were running late after this performance, but got to the airport and plane just in time. They flew to LA California. On the way back to Oslo Norway she started to write her song "Oslo". She finished it and fined tuned it at 11. Pretty song. Chris please don't forget to buy her new official single from RR around May 5th 2023 and react to it. (Also will you please react to Laura Bretan's cover of "Adagio". Thanks for doing another reaction to Angelina, Chris 🙂 It must AT LEAST have been 3 or 4 weeks since your last😉 I think Angelina age 10, live, acoustic, on a rooftop in Oslo did fairly well compared to the Ella studio recording. Btw, did you know that Angelina will drop a single from her upcoming debut album with Republic Records on May 5th ? The song is called "Love Don't Let Me Go", and she has already dropped a 32 second teaser on her socials (Instagram and Tiktok). Her album is set to release later this year, but I have no date yet. Angelina has said that the album exclusively will contain her own material, and that it will have a 60's vibe to it. And this is very reassuring, as it seems that RR has let Angelina have her way with it, and that they are not trying to force her into the more traditional pop scene. I have never anticipated anything come music this much EVER before, not gonna lie. I would of course LOVE it you'd consider doing a reaction to that single, Chris. Love from your pal Al ♥♥♥♥♥

Well I simply cannot say which voice I prefer..they’re both just too beautiful to compare..ones only 10 though! Agree with you in a sense re her voice being from the past but I’d gently remind you that this is only one of many voices Angelina can choose from..I don’t know any other vocalist be able to do that..this is why, for me, she’s at least deserves a seat beside the true greats..
