Aloha everyone and Pastor Raul,
I studied Kung Fu San So til my green belt and then went into MMA (Kenpo, Jiu Jitsu, Newaza and kickboxing). I am alive today because of my martial arts training and there's been a few occassions where I was able to help others. Every woman should learn basic self defense andencourage their children to learn as well.
Back ib da day, I remember Raul saying that Scripture tells us if we get struck on one cheek to turn the other cheek... but when I do, God never said I couldn't be in a fighting stance! LOL. ;-D
