- "Someday Tonight (Will Seem Like A long A Long Time Ago)" was written by Ike Reilly in the days after the police shooting of Jakob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Two of Reilly's children live in Kenosha and on the evening of the Jakob Blake shooting Reilly's son called him and sent him the video of the shooting. Protesters squared off against police and armed civilians. Illinois resident 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse murdered two people and wounded another.
Still relevant and still listening to this song three years later.... fun fact: Everyone goes to Frank's diner for breakfast, but they have the best soup in town. You should go for the soup.

Really nice song. Strange and sad to see my home town, which has had it's share and more of hard times, become a battleground. Really hard to look at the burned out cars where my mother used to park when she worked at The Barden Store.
