Dear admin, there is something you need to understand. The people you call Zaza do not call themselves Zaza, they call themselves "Kird" and their language "Kirmanchki". And they call us Kurmanc "Kirdasi", meaning similar to Kurds. We Kurmanc literally learned to call ourselves "Kurds" from them. Zaza is a word of Arabic origin and it is generally used by Turks and Persians to weaken us Kurds. They are trying to assimilate Zazas and separate them from their Kurdish identity. And as far as I understand, you are one of them. Research Kurdish history and see that in Kurdish history, the most nationalist and rebellious people have always been Zazas. Most of our brave ancestors who are examples to us are Zazas. We Kurmanc literally learned to be Kurds and nationalists from them. Fascist Turks and Persians who are trying to divide us by opening accounts on behalf of Zazas are really trying in vain. Today, not every Zaza under the influence of assimilation sees himself as a Kurd at first, but as they research, they understand that they are the real owners of the Kurdish identity and that they are real Kurds.
Thats different. Not all Zazas Call them Self Kird. Some one Call them self Dimli, Zaza, Kirmanc. And for the Language Are different Words too. Some one say, zazaki, kirdki, kirmancki, dimli, zone Ma, so-be.
I speak Sorani Kurdish, which is closest to Kurmanji, but some of these Zazaki words are closer to my dialect than Kurmanji. It's probably because of the Gorani influence in Sorani. Gorani and Zazaki have a common root. I believe they are a Daylami+Kurdish amalgamation.

Zaza is the wrong term for the speakers of this dialect of the Kurdish language, the correct term would be Kirmanci ( Province Desim ), Kirdki (Xarpet, Colig, Amed, Sewreg), partly Daylemi in parts of the city of Bedlis and Sewreg. The most common, widespread form of the speakers of this dialect is called KIrdi/Kirmanci. In order to differentiate between the speaker of the dialect Kirmancki and “Kurmanci” (a key word that originated from Kirmanci), this “artificial word” has been used! The intervention in this word has a political background, which I will not go into here, but if you are interested, you can find out more about it on the Internet. Since its history, this people has called itself Kird(=Kurd), Kirmanc(=Kurmanc). I know what I am talking about and the alleged “Zaza” language, for me Kirmanci, is my mother tongue...
Can you compare all Kurmanji dialects/languages too? The percentages of shared cognates given figures in Table 1 are actually lower than what one could expect for supposedly mutually intelligible dialects. For example, Girdenis and Mažiulis (1994: 9), working with the Swadesh list on Slavic languages, show that Bulgarian and Macedonian share 86% and Polish and Russian 77% of their basic vocabulary. Similarly, Dyen et al. (1992) show that shared basic vocabulary between Spanish and Italian on one hand and French and Italian are at 80% and 79% respectively. A naïve comparison of these figures with ours for Kurmanji would suggest, for example, that the difference between SK and NK (80%, cf. Table 1) is comparable to that between Spanish and Italian.
