@G3r0n1mo I've got it transcribed and will be posting it in 20 days from now in my Gypsy Jazz Lick a Day series on my channel. Just started, but have 4 awesome licks I just transcribed from this video that are about 20 days out.
Jimmy was here high on/getting off drugs aka heroin. all these guys know what they need to say to each other, cause talking is a part of any other communication. Jimmy is quite of a talker too.
Kind of weird seeing Frank play with something that's not his signature guitar. Show's he's really got the chops imo, pure gypsy picking here! And Jimmy is great as always. Flashy, but still tasteful. I wish this record was put out.
Amazing! Jimmy gave the record to me about 10 years ago maybe more, it's my favorite gypsy jazz album all time i'm honored to have it.
THe beginning is hilarious... I love the look that Frank gives Jimmy when the old guy leaves. Jimmy just has his head hung in disgust.
Just posted a bunch of transcriptions from this video on my channel. Only Frank since Jimmy isn't as loud. Merry Christmas.
Nice shoes Frank!
And they do the traditional ending heheheh ...it has to be what has to be. Sheeesh! so well played.
The name of the song is "One of These Days"
Some of these days
