Kaja needs a full on rework. I already know y'all are looking at older/forgotten characters and revamping them, you've already hit Minsitthar and even Helcurt. Kaja currently could go in any direction; becoming a burst/control assassin, a slow/suppressive support/tank, or you could buff the hp regen on his 1st skill and buff up his melee passive to make him a viable fighter. Kaja and og Minsitthar were two of my favorite heroes to play, and with one of them finally catching up with the rest of the game, i hope the other can be brought to a new light as well.
he's actually so strong in early and late game, I don't think he needs to be revamped, what makes him unique is he's hard to use unlike other heroes, i even once got maniac using him (using mage build), but he does lack mobility
He actually doesnt need a revamp, just increase paralyze's effectiveness and reduce the amount of stacks needed to get maximum value would do the trick and make him balance.
What thus it mean by stackable by 8x? While you need 6 sec to proc it again. Thus that mean the damage reduced is permanent? Aside that the reduce mdef is better, it made him one of a kind, why did you ever have to remove such best picture.

Kaja's weakness is the key figures in the backlines because his ultimate range is so shit, doesn't last long, is single target, requires him to get to the fvcking backlines to begin with and he requires his team's help to finish off them because he has no damage even with a full damage build. Throughout the video "Paralyze" is crowned as a key feature of Kaja. Top this off that his skills scale off magical attack and not defensive items so his build is just unintuitive as fvck.

He don't deserve the Fighter's role due to how low the damage he deals from all of his skills. He fr need a rework/buff.
