I was coming out of my house one day to go to work only to find a driver's education car in the throes of parking in front of my driveway. Not in the spot on either side of the driveway, but right in front of it!! I went to the window of the car and told the student driver that if her instructor was teaching her to park in front of driveways, she had better find someone else to teach her how to drive and especially where she can park. She glared at the instructor and it was very satisfying to see him turn beet red in embarrassment.

I got paid a fraction of what the job and responsibilities was actually worth, and the owners (my bosses) who were family, would not take care of critical things that needed to be done that could only be done on their side. My team and I raised their membership x5 and they gave me a 2 percent raise from an abysmal salary that i had to demand. Mind you, this is after two years of working there. I got fed up and quit and now work a much better job. The gym lost half of their customers after i and some of my old staff left

Story 1: That is quite possibly one of the greatest and funniest stories of revenge on a stupid Karen i've ever heard. Well done! OP is by no means a jerk.
Story 2: Why would they ever allow children into a wine-tasted room? That's just asking for trouble... not just from those people, but also the liquor board. If i were the OP, i wouldve called the cops and kicked them out.... not to mention make them pay for all the broken glasses.
Story 3: OP isnt a jerk here for calling the cops and tow truck here. You'd think that the dumb Karen would be in a hurry to move her car if its about to be towed..... or even better, not block someone's driveway in the first place. You really have to wonder sometimes with people these days.
Story 4: Family businesses and set-ups are both the best and worst places to work at. In this case, its clearly one of the worst ones. If i were the OP, i would've just quit or walked out when the friend was fired, screw that place. In some cases, malicious compliance just isn't worth it.

That guy from LIsbon basically stole her car. He can say that he had it 'towed' but in actuality it was just taken from the parking space and abandoned somewhere. That's stealing and leaving it at another location. OP is definitely not the jerk. Karen keyed his car, he can't prove it but who else would do that? It fits a Karen who's mad at him and having a wat with him about his parking space. He's given her plenty of notice several different times and tried alternative routes of dealing with the problem, and if he had just towed it to another city or up the street, you know Karen would've just parked in his spot soon enough and retaliated again anyway. Yea, the guy who towed towed the car to Spain was the jerk. A beautiful, inspired jerk and sometimes that's okay too. This one should have been titled jerk versus bitch. In this case I'm siding with the jerk.

I was just curious about that hand, that pops ups out of nowhere a few times during this video. Is it for censuring or something like that?

Nah the OP is the car story is not a jerk, the woman using his larking space certainly is! She was told that she couldn't park there anymore because he was back and she chose to ignore him. She was using 2 parking spaces when only entitled to one of them!! She deserved to have her car towed. Because they towed it to a different country, the chances are she will end up claiming on her insurance for a stolen car (if she has the right cover) and will end up with a new car. Maybe they shouldn't have towed it so far away, making it too hard to find.

How is doing what we are told to perfection a "malicious compliance"? That makes zero sense. If we're told to do something a manager told us, we gotta do it if they're telling us to. That not a bad thing it's called trying not to get fired because they can fire you after a few right ups if you can get that many... it's like you can never do the right thing anywhere anymore because suddenly doing everything by the book while being told to do it and not doing anything and doing what we wanna do is wrong and malicious? Naa... either we all need to stand up to bad managers or collectively quit all our jobs. What are companies gonna do. Take away everything from everyone? Fire anyone? No one will be there to do anything and everything will be in ruins. Companies forget that they're at OUR mercies.. you can have whatever money you have but if you don't have employees or anyone to run stores and companies to sell you anything, money don't mean jack shit 😂
