Once my new job starts, I am most diff donating to your cause every paycheck! As someone who grew up in poverty, wearing the same clothes for weeks, eating out of the dumpsters, sleeping in parks on the grass and being surrounded by adults who were doing drugs it was a tough childhood for sure and people like Michael that came along always made me happy cause it meant a meal to eat, water to drink and hygiene to clean myself up with! Thank you Michael for everything you are doing! I’m starting a job in Colorado July 11th and will be homeless until I can find a place and have the money saved up but I’m just thankful to be alive! And all part of the adventure of life because she and Dad kept things stable.... And moving forward..... Right, SO many of the people first think they will be harassed...or asked to leave the area.. Only later do they relax a little with him...and then some open up to what they need and only a few say what they are going thru.
I love the "are u hungry" bags out the car window vlogs...
And when he visits an encampment and he might end up giving out the whole car full of supplies. (He has about 8 types of content...love those two and when he finds Shorty & Anthony...or Scott. )

You can start now. Start a fundraising of food and cloth donated, whatevers need in your area and have a place allow you to have a day that people in need can go get it. A place in down town. Have an adult help of course.

There are people, who because of something happening to them, like a sickness or a car wreck, a big medical bill , something like that and they can’t work for awhile and the bills pile up and they loose their apartments or houses. And then once you are down and out , it’s so hard to get back up.
If you do t have an address it’s hard to apply for a job or even apply for benifits.
Maybe if people offered these people an hand up ( not just hand outs) they wouid be able to,pull themselves back up.
So ,any people are living paycheck to paycheck…and are just one accident from being homeless.
There are some people who, because of their own choices, end up homeless, like people addicted to drugs or alcohol. But even so , they are human beings.
And Yashua tells us we should love our neighbors, treat them as we wouid want to be treated. Wouid you want people to just walk on by and allow you to,starve if you were homeless ?
Michael I love the way that you treat these people like human beings, You never get offended when somebody is trying to scam with you you don't call them out on it you talk around it, you joke with them you make them smile. You provide little extras not just strictly survival and being able to have something as simple as an ice cream makes a person feel human. In 1981 I moved to Phoenix Arizona to live with my aunt because I was pregnant I was 7 months pregnant when she told me she was going to Saudi Arabia and until I found a nanny job I was on the streets it was only a few weeks but it was the scariest time of my life. I was living with my aunt because I was only 19 and single and I didn't want my father to know I planned on giving my daughter up for adoption but they showed her to me and I just couldn't she died 4 months later and now I'm glad I didn't give her up for adoption imagine the poor people who might have adopted her. I flew home from the hospital to Virginia I faced my fears and my sister took me in. You are giving something more than socks you are giving hope.

I remember spending a night or two on the street as teenager and the first thing I realized apart from the loneliness is actually the thirst. When you get so thirsty from constantly walking around it's very challenging. All of sudden people's left over drinks start to look like gold.
So, I'm glad Michael gives not only one bottle but two! And something with sugar for energy and water. It's very thoughtful.

Michael, is there anyone else in the Tucson, Arizona area that helps people in need the way you do? I've never seen someone so kind and generous as you are. I live in Georgia. I see people outside of convenience stores from time to time and help as much as I can. They usually ask for money and cigarettes and lighters. I buy them soda's, chips and lunch meats. I have bought some people cigarettes and lighters. What breaks my heart is when I see people on the street with their pets. I try and keep pet foods on me to help out. Thank you for everything you do.

There’s a couple men on TH-cam who 100% exploit the homeless and I’ve never seen them so much as give them a water, but they sure will invade their privacy to make money off of their unfortunate situations. Disgusting. You can tell that Mike truly cares about these people and does it not only to help them, but to also show use the difference we could all make in someone’s lives, if we helped others as well.

The sad fact is, so many people walk past them like they have trood in something.

Some really sweet souls. I used to work near Nova Financial Center in Tucson and tried to buy some meals. A lot of homeless people hang out around the Panera bread/McDonald’s on Broadway. All super nice people. Thanks for spreading the love!!

That's amazing I don't know how u help so many ppl but if I could do the same I would it's really nice to watch them get help bc life is really hard without income no matter the reason. I live in a very very small place if I ever get some cash I'll give the ones with kids gas to get around to do what they need to do to survive even though they all have drug issues they are stuck at the gas station or done walked there with their gas jug. Most the time they're trying to get gas to go to town and get food for kids anyway before they sell the rest of their food cards at the least they do get their kids food first they aren't all the way gone on their drugs
Was homeless for 4 years and I can't tell you how much I appreciated people like this, it actually made you feel like a human being!!

you are AWESOME!!! Girl stuff is SO important.. I watched a video from the street reg. this topuc.. Often women go without food just so they can stay clean during their period.. they preffered tampons - but anything is great when you have nothing!! They used socks, towels etc..heartbreaking.

I DID SAY AT LEAST WHEN THESE GIRLS AND WOMEN ARE HAVING THEIR MENSES THEY ARE NOT PREGNANT CAUSE THATS SAD TO BE PREGNANT AND NO WHERE TO TURN AND NOBODY TO CARE WHEN THEY ARE ON DANGEROUS DRUGS THATS NOT GOOD FOR THE UNBORN CHILD. @@mbh9556 offcourse not - but if you watch the video made about women in the streets - about periods. They show how they make dangerous tampons out of pads and say that most preffered product is tampons.. So i only have the info from that . I recommend you watching it - it was a great video.
