I’m with you Brother. Trucker jackets should not fit snug, should allow for easy Movement for working and should not restrict you from doing any of your Job Comfortably and all while staying warm. Dump Trucker in Wi 👍
I prefer them a bit bigger and cozier when it comes to sherpa lined ones. Especially when it hits winter and gets colder.

You know, this is so important knowing and understanding how something is supposed to fit. And it’s not often conveyed in many recommendations of clothing. You often hear try this or that clothing, but you may not hear or understand how something should fit you. Fortunately it was watching an actual celebrity stylish channel that it was explained how these kind of jackets should fit and why including Shirt Jackets also. That made a huge difference as I had get to pickup a trucker Jean Jacket. It made a huge difference in the now 4 Trucker Jackets I own, all obtained in last 5 months. So great quick video.

Correct . The most important is the length should land at the top of your hip bones no longer and rising slightly at the back is even better,these jackets in the 60s all fit like they should they have been messed about with over the years nothing worse than a I’ll fitting Jean jacket 😢

Im a short jacked dude, my jacket sizes for my thickness is XL but my arm span and torso does not match xl jackets.

I’m 6’4 lanky I want a denim Sherpa jacket so I would need to get an xl?
What if somebody works on bench press and does back exercises and has a size X- large chest circumference but a medium shoulder jacket size so they buy a large or XL but the shoulder seam isn't EXACTLY at the shoulders?

Do you recommend buying a size down from normal as most truckers j's are made oversized so they fit over other clothes? I am reluctant to do that as I wear hoodies under mine

What happens if you’re a tall guy with long arms. Those jackets tend to fit nice around the shoulder are usually to short in the arms and if the arms are really long enough the shoulders are huge

A TIP from someone who has been wearing these jackets since 1969 don't buy the Chinese junk thinking you are getting a bargain, They are very low quality and hand like a rag, the sizing is 3-4 times smaller than UK sizes, the material is like paper, the quality of workmanship is awful and one I did buy the breast pockets did not open and the side pockets which were in the picture when I got it they were not there, the brass buttons were like milk bottle tops, if I had worn it I would have looked like dead fish,
