    The best thing I learnt was to stop feeling bad about missing things because of my anxiety. Sometimes things are literally just too much. Life can be too much, and there are sooo many overwhelming things that we consume everyday, all we anxious girlies can do is realize when we need to take a step back from it all. I’m also in my 20’s in cph and trust me, you are not alone in feeling this way! Much love ❤️
