Hi this is a humble review or input: I visited your website and my experience was, at first sight, confusing and was not able to admire your designs. My input will be to: Update you website with a more modern version of a "shopping cart" where designs and colors and samples of products could be more observable. Because your product is very great quality and very competitive. Just a constructive opinion!
I don't have a webmaster. The guy built it for me and gave me the keys. I thought I designed it simple so a moron like me could understand. What's confusing? You pick a design, you pick a color and pick size and quantity. No other tiedye artist offers such an idea. It's like an ice cream or pizza parlor. I show the designs available. Not one tiedye is the same. They all differ. What's confusing?
I was thinking maybe the layout of the "shopping cart" so thw designs and also the colors you offer could be more appreciated at first glance that's overall what I can say! From my experience as I visited the website!
