One or two vehicles of the Pink Police would be fine....not 5 or 6!!! And they should have opened the windows and should have been wavying at the croud. But this is a different culture. Tourists say they don't want to return to Goa as they say they don't see the friendly Goans any more. I know i have gone to some hotels in Goa and everyone was from Karnataka and they never smile. They lack that etiquette and decorum. I have visited the Philippines and they are so friendly and they all smile a lot. Makes one want to visit again.
