$80,000 plus taxes, title and finance interest. By the time the bank is done with you, you'll end up paying close to $100,000. That's a lot of money for something that loses value as soon as you drive it off the lot.
These stealership are slick. They sell a black widow package for 20k on a Jeep but what do they do with the original bumpers and rim/tires that came from the manufacturer. I bet they sell them back in the parts department. They’re making money on both fronts. Most people don’t even think to ask for the parts that you’re already paying for.
According to most tire manufacturers, a truck tire should be replaced after around six years of age, regardless of the amount of tread remaining, as the rubber can degrade over time even if the tire appears unused, increasing the risk of blowouts; some manufacturers might recommend replacement after 10 years at the most.
Here in Las Vegas you’re lucky to get 5 years out of truck tire due to the extreme temperature difference we get throughout the year. I watched my Nitto Terra grapplers start peeling at 4 years with my truck.
MSRP 68k, adds 12k in addons at dealer....price should still be 68k lmao. that's the dealers loss of 12k to "SELL THE TRUCK" not to push the 12k to the buyer lol. Dealerships are so clueless.
@@Steven91992 I did that very same thing you said won't happen & now the same truck is selling over 20 grand still in certain places I'm starting under 18k an still nothing but lowball offers. Nothing having to do with vehicles is profitable or worth it anymore I always find really good deals on my used vehicles. (which are usually in like new condition) Fix something here or there & let someone else buy a nice used vehicle at a good price, but I've recently gave up doing that anymore.
I've seen these 100k trucks selling in places like Brazil and Thailand for 15k. Same trucks, same equipment. Could you tell me how that happens? Like 30k for health insurance here, when you can get full coverage in those places for less than 600/year. It's called corporate welfare and redistribution of wealth, from the middle class to the upper. Get a grip. You get what you vote for.
I don't go to the dealership to look for a jacked up truck with rims. If I want that crap I will have it added myself if I want it. I go on the lot for a truck that I want that is specked with what I want on it.
Mazda with non turbo and non CVT cars and trucks have been very popular because all the turbo CVT vehicles from Honda, Toyota, and Nissan are having serious reliability problems
Who in their right minds wants an expensive truck like that to do any work in? The F-150 was great when you could have gotten a brand new standard cab F-150 with an 8-foot bed for $18K about 12-15 years ago. That's a work truck, that could be used for work, and it doesn't cause any heart break from dents, dings, and scratches from using it for its intended purpose.
Probably since most folks can only do with one vehicle now so those that are willing to have their only daily driver be a truck for truck stuff, they also want it to be luxurious and have all the feature / tech they’d want in a daily driver
2012 F150 regular cab V8 non 4x4, bedliner, 3.55 gears, and tow package. MSRP was $23K with those options. Got a discount but not down to $18K but close. 12 years later that exact truck is $43K.
Put them between 2 slices of bread because the dealer is going to eat these trucks. Only a fool would buy a truck bloated with 12k of added on junk. The dealers don't understand their customer base or think all the buyers are stupid. People have stopped getting in over their heads on vehicles that have higher prices and lower quality.
then you better get a 2024 while you can, next year if you want more than 6 cylinders in a dodge truck you have to get at least a 2500 heavy duty, you can blame carlos tavares for ruining chrysler,
I've owned a Dodge Ram 1500 and a Jeep Wrangler and I can honestly say they were the cheapest made vehicles I've ever had. Never again, call them Mopar or Stelantis it's still a turd with a paint job...
You can still get 2025 Tradesman in Kansas and Oklahoma for under 40k all day long if you do a online search, I know I bought one last month, rwd,V6,quad cab. I have noticed these trucks not setting on the lots all that long if they are not white in color.
Corporate Stellantis has to get involved with the dealerships ripping off the public, or they can kiss their car company goodbye. At the end of the day it's there reputation and there business, the dealers are just the middle men.

I wouldn't call these pickup trucks over priced junk, but over priced for sure, reasoning being because of this democratic administration that forced these car manufacturers to focus on building EVs, that they wasted tons of money because nobody wants, and now they're trying to dump the loses from the Evs, onto the gas vehicles.

Every jeep wrangler purchase should come with a free jeep compass.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 1000%
They should come with a free unlimited rental car when its in the shop.
This right here😅

Ha, seriously
"Come get robbed for the holidays, at your local stealership! Pay gold for garbage today!"

It's called black widow cause the wife leaves when she finds out how much you spent on it.
Its a lift kit and rims and tires. Cost about 8000

Yeah but, tinted windows are cray expensive!
Some of these 2023 models had been there since 2022. Technically they are almost 1,000 days since rolled off the factory.

good point
For a awd sedan, 25k.
For a suv awd 30k
For a truck 4x4 35k.
Thats what we want
You can get a Nissan Frontier 4x4 for under 40k.
Get a Titan while you can. The last basic simple reliable truck. I’m praying Honda buys Nissan and keeps them around for Trucks.
@thystaff742 they're priced right because they aren't unionize.
@coach2208 Unions aren't the issue. On a world wide scale Americans are charged the most for vehicles. Even used.
That is what we can..

Now 3.5 years 😂 🎉
