There are lots and lots of tokens that everyone gets for free (anyone can easily copy the code to create their own). If you search up the airdrop contract address you can find a lot. But it's just a waste of time because they're all worthless.

@@0xPeculiar so for some reason a lot of these tokens have a small amount of liquidity on uniswap v2. like back in december (before i recorded the footage) 1600 AIRDROP was worth 4.5 cents. so you could swap it but gas just doesn't make it worth. but eth 2.0 has really cheap fees so theoretically u could just wait for that and then swap the tokens
Yes but you now have to go to app.uniswap.org/#/swap?use=v1 manually. If you go there and enter your GIFT you can see the same glitch of 4000+ ETH (don't actually swap though because it's a waste of gas)
Yes you can exchange them on Uniswap v2 for pennies but pay dollars in gas so it is not worth until Ethereum 2.0 comes out. Everyone already owns airdrop tokens so nobody wants them anyways.

Yes you have to need ethereum to pay the gas fee to approve the spend if a token. Please don't pay this for airdrop tokens because you will end up wasting money.
Means collecting these free tokens and looking ahead for a value in future is waste of time and big foolishness. I dont understand if this was the case then why were these tokens made? Obveously who so ever have made it would have spend some money ( had given a cost ) to make it. Please answer.
I don't see any reason for creating these tokens other than for fun. Maybe some people were just bored and created these tokens. Keep in mind the fee for creating a token depends on the price of gas at the time. Gas used to be a few gwei regularly a year ago, so it wouldn't cost that much to deploy this contract.

Like if you have 100,000 btc satoshi in your wallet and you have to cash it then the gas fees would be deducted in 100,000 satoshi itself ( 500 satoshi gas fees ) and you would cash only 99,500 satoshi only. And Sir what do you think of other crypto tokens which we are getting it for free on internet these days like PIE, BEE, TIME STOPE, MIDION, SPOTTER, UHIVE. There is an app of each different coins and you have to mine these coins on phone by the cloud mining process which they say wont drain your battery and suck your internet. There are millions of people who have registered for these coins on internet as it has become like a trend. AT the end they will make you to do a KYC for claiming these free coins in which you have to submit your NATIONAL ID'S and pictures. What do you think these are also a fraud? Is it safe to give them your ID? Cant they misuse your Id and picture in some scam or cyber cryme or whatsoever. From what I see, these projects look pretty stupid and I don't think their cryptocurrency will gain any meaningful value (although they can). Most likely, you just wasted some time collecting these coins which end up with little to no value. As far as these apps claiming to "mine" coins on your phone, I am fairly sure they are scams. First of all, mining is usually unprofitable unless you purchase specialized equipment and mine in certain geographical locations with cheap energy. Essentially, these apps will mine fake bitcoin or whatever and then, when you go to withdraw, ask you for a fee or something. Again, I am not too familiar with these types of apps and I just read the reviews on Google Play (looks like there are many fake reviews but a few one-star ratings complaining about the scam). I would advise you to stay away from these kinds of apps, as they are too good to be true. Would you mind sending me some links to the mentioned TH-cam videos?
