you should always get enough sleep...even if it's not for 8 hours as long as it's deep it's good. I can go for as long as 4 days before w/o sleep (during my teens) and it's really bad.
Just remember- Though they deserve more attention, that ruins the more personal feeling of the band. I personally feel a much greater connection to the smaller, more unknown bands. Once bands get attention, they always end up changing something to keep the attention, and it gets ruined. In my opinion.
