Today, I used 3* guilly 2099 for the last 5% of ROL winter soldier, just for fun. Really weird to see a 3* do 113.000.000 damagr

@Daddy Pluto that's how guillotine 2099 works. When at or below 5% of health, sp3 KO'S the opponent, no matter how much health. To make sure that happens, it automatically deals the highest amount of damage possible in the game, wich is about 115 billion. It's also seen in the video

If you use her sp3 when the opponent is on 5% health or less, she instantly knocks out the opponent, no matter the amount of health. That's why she does so much damage, the maximum amount of damage is programmed in her abilities, wich is about 113.000.000 damage.
You should try it yourself. Go to ROL winter soldier, bring him down to a bit more than 5%, quit the fight and switch to guilly 2099
