    The MU-X is a very good option in the SUV market. It's never been this good and with that note, it is now on my no. 1 list.

    When using the adaptive cruise control, once the vehicle is stop due to traffic you can just press the RES button and it will resume following the vehicle in front of you. No need to press the gas pedal.

    U've been with the montero black series also for a while sir. Which do u prefer on a daily basis? Torn between the 2,. I hope u can also give me some of their advantage and disadvantage against one another. Sana mapansin at masagot nyo po ang aking tanong,. Thanks and God bless sir!!! 😊

    I’ve driven Mux 2020 of a friend, it’s steering wheel feels like driving a truck (matigas manibela niya😅), but overall, the ride is so “gwenchana”, perfect for long drives tsaka mag drive na rin jan sa Manila.

    The absence of rear diff lock is a deal braker for me that is why we ended up buying a montero which is has two diff lock, center and rear.

    What is the diff of "slow follow mode" and "adaptive cruise control"? Looks the same to me, but termed differently.

    • @SoJooCars
      @SoJooCars ปีที่แล้ว

      It is adaptive cruise control in bumper to bumper traffic

    • @fullbass1426
      @fullbass1426 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Simply put, some adaptive cruise systems turnoff when you get down to lower speeds (less than 30/40kph). Slow follow mode simply means you can use it in any speed.

    See that’s the thing. For the same price, you can get a vehicle from the same segment with more features. So definitely better value for money. Reliability is not an issue anymore, like how people make it to be. You guys even said it yourselves, Chinese cars nga we now deem as reliable, what more the others that have been in the industry for decades? Mu-x got popular about 5-7 years ago because at 1.8m, you’ll get the TOTL variant na. Which the fortuner, montero, everest couldn’t compete with that time. As much as we appreciate how “familiar” this is, one cant deny how nice it would be to see panoramic roof, and the other features at that price point. Nevertheless, the mu-x is still a nice vehicle and definitely worth considering for ownership.

    • @1010jva
      @1010jva ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I still see reliability as an issue though. Plus availability of parts specially for chinese cars. Reliability is still a huge plus. And I'm one of those less tech = less repair problem person. :) thats why I bought my Mu-x 2022 over the everest

    • @wetlettuce8215
      @wetlettuce8215 ปีที่แล้ว

      reliability still is an issue, also aftesales support is another factor

    • @luisocamp2753
      @luisocamp2753 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Spare parts ng chinese car hindi mo mabibili sa auto-supply na malapit sainyo. Except nalang kung taga qc ka. Pero pano yung malayo sa qc?
      We have a foton mini truck and sa foton dealer lang kami nakakabili ng oil filter kada change oil. Di tulad ng japanese meron oil filter na vic brand sa auto supply.
      We also own ford escape and yes somewhat available ang parts ng ford sa auto-supply pero napaka mahal. If you can bear it walang pumipigil sayo. Pero hindi mo matatanggal sa culture ng filipino car buyers yung availability and cheap spare parts availability sa auto-supply. Pati yung mindset na japanese brand is sobra tibay talaga.
      Dekada 80’s o 90’s na makinang isuzu ginawang jeep umaandar pa ngayon. Pang everyday byahe. Low maintenance. Hindi mo matitinag yan mindset na yan.
      Bakit mas marami pa rin bumibili ng hilux kesa sa ranger? Bakit mas marami parin bumibili ng land cruiser kesa sa chevrolet tahoe or suburban? Bakit mas marami bumibili ng hiace kesa sa starex? Kase built na yung reputation na matatag talaga and mura ang parts pag japan car.
      Im not invalidating yung tech features ng ford. Yes maganda yan. Dont call me a ford hater. We still have our ford escape. Even me inlove na inlove ako sa ford focus 2012 may auto park assist na ford focus that time and push button, blind spot monitoring, active city stop brake, and lane departure warning na wala sa ibang brand sila nauna sa ph pero napapigil ako nung malaman kong may transmission issues. Big deal breaker. Lemon car kung tawagin sa usa. Ford everest na bago hindi mabuksan aircon kase nagmalfunction yung lcd head unit pero winarranty lang naman ni ford. Also search it yourself ford ranger issue/problems australia. You prepared for those possible inconveniences? Im just stating the facts na japanese brands parin ang gusto ng marami.
      Atleast japanese car mabagal or konti man ilagay yung tech feature atleast subok yung ilalagay nila. Eh yung ibang brand gagawin experimental guinea pig ang customers para sa tech features. Mind you car ito safety first hindi ito cellphone lang na kahit masira walang buhay na mawawala.

      realibility is still is the main driving force. how often you have to bring your car in five years is a major factor
      kaya nga kahit 2023 palang marami kanang makikitang 2020,2021 ford vehicles na benibenta.

    Hopefully they don't use it for Grab taxi like they did to Isuzu Sportivo crosswind 😂😂

    • @luisocamp2753
      @luisocamp2753 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They wont. Mahal masyado mux ipang taxi. Tsaka hindi maluwag. Crosswind kase kaya 10 pax kaya nagagawang uv express tsaka may upuan sa likod via sa likod na pinto lang dadaan. Same ng sa mitsu adventure. Eh sa mux sa 2nd row lang access para maka-upo sa likod. Innova pa siguro baka kase may “grab” na innova.
      Edi sana kung ginawang taxi yan fortuner pa lang taxi na since pareho sila ng latout pero wala ka naman nakitang fortuner na taxi.
