Been doing this every day. My hips are sore, but in the good way. If I am ever able to get my knees to the floor on the front back dip, I will be highly impressed with myself. Only quibble is the combo moves could use more than 30 seconds - guess I'll need to pause the video to do those longer.
Day 1 : 21/4 Did this after a massive HIT workout and i did not felt any thigh and glute cramps after this, loved it. Day 2 : 23/4 Feels good ! Love pigeon pose , even though it's very hard Day 3 :24/4 Feels good to stretch out in the end of a workout. Day 4 : 28/4 Nice , nice , nice❤ Day 5 : 8 / 6 It's been a while, but this always helps in streching my lower body muscles. Day 6 : 9/6 Felt really nice , streched all my thigh muscles.

Hi Emi, I've been following your TH-cam channel and exercises for the past 6 years. I remember first doing your workouts when I was 14, I am 21 now and I still enjoy your effective workouts. When I was 14, I lost 30 lbs following along to your videos, eating healthy, and adding walking/hiking/jogging into my routine. I came back May 1st to hopefully achieve the same thing again at 21 years old & to get back into health & fitness. Thank you for your consistency throughout the years.
