- 📋 A couple of tips...
↳ Highly recommend taking the public bus system because it is SO easy and convenient! You can buy unlimited passes at the post office. The bus routes are not on Google Maps, so you have to refer to the bus schedule. Remember: PINK = going towards Hamilton | BLUE = going towards St. George
↳ Make sure to greet locals! "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon", and "Good Evening"
↳ Make sure you don't only wear your bathing suit on the bus or in public settings. Bermuda is still a place where long-time locals live, work, play, and you don't want to just prance around in a wet bikini like an obnoxious tourist!

I went to Bermuda in 1989 and it was nothing short of magical! I've never seen water so beautiful in my entire life and the locals were amazing!!

My mum lived there for 15 years and me and my sis would go and stay with her twice a year for 3 weeks at a time from the age of about 12 ish. I honestly loved it and it felt like a second home. I could hear the kiskadees in the backgorund making their famous bird call. God i miss it.
Bermuda's appeal is in it's friendly people. We mustn't forget that.
As a Bermudian, I appreciate your appreciation for our little island home.

YES there are roaches, small ants, and moths usually
We were just there in sept for 6 days. Rented e bikes and was able to see most of the island and beaches. Stayed at st David's island at a waterfront Airbnb. Bermuda is one of my favorite islands so far. So many beautiful beaches and everyone was so nice

If you ever go back, definitely consider the ebikes. I really wanted to rent scooters but my wife was too scared lol. The ebikes worked our perfectly and still gave us the freedom to explore
