Best thing about this house is the location. 10 mins from the sea is my dream! 🥰
It really is!
It is a beautiful house and will suit a small family. I know a lot of people prefer new houses because they are easier to maintain. However I prefer older houses because they have high ceilings and generally more space. However you then have to start making them conform to modern building standards with rewiring completely destroying all the decor. We have spent the past 5 years completely renovating our 1930s pre war semi. We had the rewire, redecorating, new kitchen and carpets done in the first year. We then saved up to turn our small back garden into a Moroccan inspired garden and covered dining area. The bathroom was stripped back to the brick and completely redone. We loved your shower and had one fitted ourselves. Darren loves his music while he showers and loves the body jets. We like you now have a home which is full of our own taste and personality.

I know why they’ve put the mirror where they have in the kitchen but I’m guessing in real life it would steam up every time you cooked.
I don't think so, there is an extractor fan. All the moist goes outside when you turn it on.

I was just thinking, when you walked into that room with the fancy headboard, "that looks like ladyfingers!" And then you said it looks like those things you put in a trifle... And I laughed so hard!

Padded head boards save space too-i stayed in a b&b in york which had a headboard fixed to the wall and that was in the 80s!
I love the house and the kitchen is my favorite room.I would have a smaller and lower table in the kitchen and try and fit a bigger fridge freezer .Take care lads.xx.

I used to holiday at Primose Valley
Lovely tour as usual but the bedrooms and so tiny. Developers are too greedy and want to create homes that are too small for living in. This is so that they can cram as many houses as they can onto a site
This show home is staged with lots of mirrors! I realize that they provide a feeling of greater space, but the thought of keeping them clean, especially the one in the kitchen, is daunting.
Wow, 818 sq ft. I guess that's why it seemed a bit claustrophobic. They did a nice job on the decor & landscaping.
I love english homes but always no storage and bedrooms are so small ....they are lovely though

These are very pokey - the options at Peter Ward’s Ward Hills in Bridlington are far better laid out in either the ‘Filey’ or the ‘Barlow’
A nicely decorated house but for me coats and shoes should not be seen in a hallway: they look so untidy!

New build homes really need to be a bit bigger especially when it comes to bedrooms, they look so cramped and squished in. 😔

As an American I am convinced we have too much “stuff”! I would never fit all we have in the house. I like it, time to throw out!

A kichen/hallway...not a great idea. Living room also a through room to the garden...it keeps getting worse. Definitely for singles or couples, not practical for families.
