I do have oracle account.but I see quickstart(fmw_12.2.1.0.0_soaqs_Disk1of2 & fmw_12.2.1.0.0_soaqs_Disk2of2) file getting downloaded but not fmw_12.2.1.0.0_soa.jar. Can those 2 downloads serve the same purpose. I am installing on windows 10.
