0:10 TBH, its pretty stupid to have a stoller (with presumably baby inside) that close to the court. What do you think is going to happen if you smack a baby in the brain with a ball that's travelling at 60mph?
Alright maaan. Like I’m a 4.0 lol. But everyone in NJ freakin’ sandbags it’s insane. To make the HI grip work I found a 90’s style takeback works best. Straight back with the unit turn. Drive hard with legs and hip. Don’t do a modern loop takeback. Watch more Agassi, Courier and especially Berasategui. Also watch Sock forehand highlights for some inspiration. He absolutely crushes the FH with deception and sheer speed and spin
This is great advice! I've already switched to a more western grip since this vid was a year ago but im curious what you'll think of my new form in upcoming videos. Which one of us is sandbagging their ranking?
I meant to say act like you’re driving your palm straight through the ball like a violent R hook. Then accelerate with the wrist. Contact should be really far in front!! Speed and spin become effortless
I've looked at the tennis and this is my conclusion. A bad weak contact point being too close to the body is the main issue plaguing your tennis...And this comes from using bad poor swing mechanics. Use a simple swing, not a complicated swing. But because you use excessive wrist bending to try spin the ball which is not how we actually spin it with you have about half a dozen different swings going on in that forehand . You been driving your backhand crosscourt also off the wrong leg. You also been doing the smash up at the net wrong in not turning all sideways to the ball first before you smash the ball that's why you lost the ball all sideways out of the court because you was facing the wrong way with hips locked up at the net..
Props to you guys for keeping it real. Keep going, don't stop!

100% agree. its really a dumb place to be sitting, even worse when its with a baby, particularly when there's loads of space elsewhere.
Yup. Both players should have asked them to sit somewhere else. Really bad/dangerous position.
Pretty stupid!!
I love the court!
Is like the street got closed to play tennis! (A dream come true)
You betcha!!
Oh thank god that it's finally happening!
Heavens to Betsy!
Longshanks hates babies confirmed
