I like the how you make momo, so when you put bouillon, mix it in the small amount of hot water n pour it on the meat. It will melt in water n easy for you. So later you dnt need to put extra water again.

You followed the recipe so well it was amazing ! . its not easy to make something from scratch when we are so used to premade ingredients now a days. My family and i think a lot of tibetans from India like to add garam masala (feels like we add that to almost everything haha) to the meat. I also learnt to measure the amt of salt thru many tries because salt gets diluted with all that meat and water so i'm sure you'll master that in no time. I would also recommend to shape the dough a little thinner, but overall great work! looking forward to your future videos ^^ love from Malden ~

In my opinion you’re overcooking a momo when you set the timer beyond 20 mins; personally 15 mins is perfect where meat is more juicy and flavorful. If pork or chicken, you make sure it’s 20-25 mins.
