Aww Tracy Ann, this is stunning, never seen Ruflz. I see you are battling to have a sharp tip with pastel pencils, you get a pastel sharpener to sharpen pastel pencils.
In this video I used 3.5" square tile from Zentangle, Inc. they have a website… Zentangle.com where you can buy materials. I find that shipping to Australia makes these quite expensive so I often cut my own from either a heavy card but if I use watercolours I use mixed media paper or a heavy weight watercolour paper. Zendala Tile from Zentangle, Inc. or a circle cut from mixed media or watercolour paper 4 5/8' (117mm). Strathmore 400 series Mixed media Pad. If you are new to Zentangle you can use any paper to practice on. I often draw in a sketchbook.
