Excellent information thank you. I just replaced mine. I was looking the legend on the panel under the hood and couldn't find the fuse. I didn't realize there was another fuse box under the dash. I must've been powering too many things. I had a seat heater, dashcam, and portable jump box charging off the outlet and then the fuse blew. Now I just need to remember to pick up a replacement fuse for the spare I used up from the box under the hood.
This generation of corolla does not have a flasher relay under the hood in the fuse box like older cars. This electronics in this car were redesigned and the relay is integrated into the circuitry. You can read this post for more info: www.corollaforum.com/threads/led-turn-signal-issue.2086/
Here is a picture of the diagram showing the windshield washerpump fuse. Just match it up to the fusebox and follow the procedure in the video :) i.imgur.com/LZF1prx.png
