I have been needing a new mattress for sometime now, but I have an adjustable bed, and due to spine surgeries, I have to keep it. I'd be totally down if Helix came out with a mattress that could be used on it! Helix, this message is for you!! 😂

Hey....maybe Im just stating the obvious, but what does the area around the house look like ? What kind of neighbourhood is it ? high income ? Low income ? sketchy ? The reason I ask is because Im wondering about ring cams and such (even if they dont show WHERE THEY WERE, IT MIGHT EXCLUDE WHERE THEY WERENT). But even more importantly, are there any workplaces, businesses ? Because people who do bad things might be able to plan "around" stationary cameras that they have prior knowledge to, but since people often care more about their cars and stuff that might occur while driving these days (which I completely understand Ive seen the videos), they often have dashcams for security. And Cindy and her husband are only two persons in a "finite space and time". Someone on their way to work, or that even work close by, in whatever profession might have drove by there at x time/x times. We have a location, and a time-space. But I dont have a car or a dashcam so I dont know how dashcams work. What I mean is, the people who have driven by that place might not have seen anything THEY THEMSELVES, but their dashcam might. And then you track their movements, time them, watch what sticks out. Might even be able to shorten the timeline, if they see him one day, but then not. The old man has a very flat expression, Ill give you that, but though he is definately guilty of severe sketchyness, I dont think Cindy involved him, because I think she thought of him as a bit of a dunce. Someone to use, then discard. She seems really calculating, and dont think she considered him intelligent enough to keep a secret. And I also think she calculated him in other ways. Such as, he might do things like "light" sketchy/illegal things, but cover up a THIS? No, she knew the old man had a soft spot for kids (even in prison they k- word the c-a:s), and there was no help to be got there. She probs thought he might have contacted the authorities himself then. People like her are experts at "dancing just inside the line" of what people can/cant take. But he is "off". Maybe he made the mistake of once, thinking with his lower regions, and biting off more than he could chew ? Im not making excuses for him. But maybe hes the kind who is sensitive to imposed narratives ? Like Lori she also seems a bit narcissistic. Seeing her (Lori) smile getting arrested, because there are cameras around, makes me feel a bit ill whenever I see it. Maybe one child not being like the others, enraged her because she thought it reflected badly on her ? To call your child a demon ? bleagh. I was like, look in the mirror, lady. I hope they find Noelle soon. And get her and hubby dearest behind bars, somehow.
34:28 Stephanie, please lay off Charles and vigorously get irritated spewing out questions and comments that should be ask to someone living a good and simple life. This man is elderly, in bad health and also has shared with police, that he has no family or anyone around to have over and socialize with. Many times, the elderly are desperately wanting to have some companionship and feel so alone when they know they may not have much time left, not wanting to leave this world completely alone.
Charles, I believe, fits this discrimination exactly.
So when he met Cindy, out of loneliness and pure kindness, he offered her some refuge for her and her kids.
Cindy seeing his kindness and vulnerability saw an opportunity to take advantage of his weakness.
Cindy is a master manipulator, with a narcissist tendencies and will always look for the weakest and most easily manipulated so she can get what she wants and needs; then leaves, disappear once they are no longer of use to her.
I feel like you are victim blaming and that is something you have always reminded us that is inexcusable at anytime.
Charles IS A VICTIM and was incredibly manipulated because of his kindness and he’s loneliness and this predator spotted her pray and knew he was an easy target…
I’ve met too many elderly individuals that in the same situation and too many predators that see loneliness as weakness, take the opportunity and use these victims until they are no longer of value for them!
Please don’t victim blame, especially the elderly. You taught us better than that!
I sleep on the floor and I'm 32 and I haven't slept on a bed in years. I sleep like a baby on the floor.
I hate when kids are removed from a loving foster family and returned to an obviously neglectful mother. It never ends well.
Can happen the other way too
Agree! It's so frustrating and tragic!
@@PaganPunk It happens too often to good families. CPS and the courts have such a hard time doing the right thing by children. I just don’t get it.
I hated being in foster care noone ever cared about me only my real mother
@@nickieestrada-garrido6140 I hope you are loved and appreciated today. If no one has told you lately you all are my brothers and sisters and I send agape love your way! ❤❤
Charles almost saying “get rid” instead of “adopted” says EVERYTHING
I noticed this statement as well...maybe the mom had mentioned wanting to adopt him out... maybe? Sad.
That is exactly what I thought
Yep. Almost made a little Freudian slip. 😮
Most definitely
Right?! Omg he knows what happened. And his comments about the shed not needing to be searched? Ugh. Poor baby noel🥺 who knows what she is doing to the rest of her kids🥺 I hope Noel gets justice soon 🙏🙏🙏
God the fact the foster mother was absolutely willing to love that baby boy hurts my heart even more. This could’ve been avoided 💔
Even the grandma wanted to take him and he would have been with siblings either option would have been better so so sad man
she wanted those benefits for him! pathetic and so sad but clearly a check and food stamps was more important than her son, so heartbreaking
Yup… I ask God every day… why???

⁉️ 🫤
Agreed. If she didn't want him, she had two options to give him to someone who did love this poor boy
@@sagewildling813 and possibly 3, the biological father may have been willing to take him as well.
I know it seems weird. But when I was younger my mama worked in a bar. One time my dad went on one of his violent benders. This guy offered my mom and us a place to stay for a while. We stayed on their ranch had access to the main house since our house didn’t have a bathroom but had the rest of the amenities. I stayed in the house with one of his cousins who lived there my brothers and sister stayed with my mama in the house we were in. It was a weird situation but that guy saved my family for a period of time. His kindness and compassion helped us get away from a crappy situation!
I find it very telling that Charles Parson knows something at 47:47 when he says, “She didn’t go through the courts like I told her, like I asked her. If you’re gonna GET RID OF, uh adopt Noel go through the courts, and she didn’t do that”
Exactly… That’s what I’m saying
I caught that too. The get rid of, then switch real quick to adopt....
Dude I gasped when I heard that like ain’t no way?? Why aren’t we talking about that more!!😧
Came here to say exactly this!!
I came here to say the same thing! Such a telling little slip he made there!
GOOD for CPS tracking down Noelle’s birth father in Mexico. So often we hear of their failures but they seemed to really stay on top of things in this case.
“I don’t like to be judgmental, I don’t,I don’t, at least not out loud” I’m sorry but that was hilarious 😭
Anyone who says they don't judge people is a liar.
I resonate with this comment so much!
@@awkwardautistic 💯 you may be judging something different but guarantee you’re judging (myself included, I do it too)!
@@awkwardautisticexactly! We all make judgments about others, it’s human nature. Yes. Thank you for bringing this to everyone’s attention.
This couple actually visited our church one Sunday a little less than 2 years ago, they were definitely very odd. They made everyone carry Noel.. literally force you to carry him while they were asking for money to be able to pay rent. This is so sad. I was one of the people that got to carry him, he was such a sweet sweet boy!
Pay rent??? They didn't pay rent. Charles never charged them rent. They must have been lying.

That's such a rude and ignorant statement, and completely untrue. Some seniors have great, healthy appetites (im not talking obese appetites) and some don't. How very presumptuous of you, but not surprising.
@@KJ-gc8oq It's a joke and of course it doesn't apply to everyone. Lighten up, Karen!
I feel like with Charles inviting Cindy to live with him it could've been weird and creepy but it also could be someone with a big heart that saw kids living in a car, felt bad for them, and invited them in. But it depends on Charles motives and its impossible to really know what someone is thinking.
It was his good nature because that’s what people are like for the most part in Everman. People may not have much and make due with what they have but are willing to hold out a helping hand when people are struggling, which is the situation this woman was in when they met. In an interview, the elderly man said that he found that she been sleeping in the car with a few of her kids (before Noel was born) by his house and he took pity on them, offered to let her stay there because he had a multibedroom house and lived alone. She would pay for groceries and take him to his appointments, helped keep him company in general (nothing more).
Helping out people like this is not unheard of in Everman. I’ve seen friends and newcomers go stay with other friends and their families because it was safer or they had nowhere to go when we were in HS. There’s good people there and this whole situation has put this town under the microscope & judgement (“weird, bizarre, etc”) without trying to get to know more about the town.
I think Cindy took advantage of Charles' kind hearted nature. My sister's ex (80 years old) took in a young woman living on the streets. There wasn't anything weird going on there but some family members made insinuations there were. Very quickly the woman started taking advantage. I kept in close communication with him during this time, so he'd know he had someone to talk with. He also had members of his church and his daughter (my niece) supporting him so when he admitted the situation was bad and he wanted her to leave but didn't know how to go about it we were able to help him through it. It's easy for seniors to be manipulated.
Well his comments about the shed to officers was sketchy and saying "get rid of..." That was like mind-blowing 😱😳
Noel looks so sweet. I can't fathom anyone hurting that sweet little face. My heart is so sad over this baby's disappearance. His mother had at least 2 people saying they would take Noel, the fact that this is what she (ALLEGEDLY) did to him is gut-wrenching. I hope no spirit dead or alive helps her or her husband.
It's so wholesome that you used your own grandmother's name to refer to one of the only people in this poor boy's corner
I wonder if the reason Cindy refused to let her mother or the foster mother take Noel was because she received extra assistance money for him because of his medical conditions? 🤔
That I bet is a big factor. It was in the case of Gabriel Fernandez his mother Pearl kept him just for the money she could get from him.
Absolutely. A woman like this doesn't have child after child because she's crazy about children. Sorry to be so cynical, be we hear about this time and again, and in these cases, these poor kids are little more than guaranteed income every month. She didn't harm Noel because she thought he was evil - she killed him because, in her eyes, he was more trouble than he was worth - cutting into her income with his pesky medical conditions and special needs. And the old man is either slow-witted or crafty - that slip about "getting rid" of Noel, before correcting himself, was telling.
That is exactly what I thought!
Word. I thought the same thing. Unreal. 😞
Yes that is why
That is a fact I knew them
As a mother who lost her child at 10 ,it infuriates me that mothers who have the joy and blessing of a beautiful child still here on earth and they willingly neglect and hurt them , I would give my last breath to have my daughter ( sayla ) back I would do anything if it was possible to have her with me on this earth again. I hope this beautiful baby boy is in the absolute peace and harmony he deserves and playing and laughing for eternity ❤A’HO ❤
So sorry for your loss. I can’t even imagine. I have only one, and losing her is the worst nightmare I could imagine. My heart goes out to you.

Me too! And me too!!
I was the kid who went on hunger strikes to prove a point, but as soon as my parents fell asleep, I'd sneak into the fridge and eat. There is no way a little kid, especially a kid with health conditions, would have the strength to resist food for long enough to actually become malnourished unless something else was going on. It's so frustrating how many people heard these stories and witnessed abuse while Noel was still alive and yet no one did anything
Right?! I would do this and then eat when my parents would leave the house or go to bed. Never ever did I go more than 24 hours without eating, there is just absolutely NO WAY they didn’t purposefully withhold food from the poor kid.
Oh God, the Lori Vallows Daybell case and the Letecia Stauch case shook me to the core!
And, I agree with you: it's been so frequent since the pandemic that a child goes missing/passes away that it almost becoming numbing to hear of another case. But then, we hear each case and the horrors the poor children endure...it makes you wonder how morally demented these people are.
It’s really disheartening
Yes, more vulnerable people are falling through the cracks since the pandemic, natural disasters, etc. As if the state of human and social services and child welfare wasn’t bad enough to begin with. 💔
i’m literally a cps worker and was gasping at so many things throughout this video. poor sweet baby 🥺
My God bless you.. especially now a days. I can't imagine how difficult of a job that has to be. Thank you, for doing what most people wouldnt!!! ❤❤
The system let Noel down.
It’s shocking how often this happens. Why do these people have children just to do this to them? I’ll never understand.
Because we incentive this by increasing payments for more and more kids. We have made having low to no income for perfectly abled adults a commodity. If a mom is working and taking care of their kids are punished and lose financial help 😢
They have children, JUST to do this to them. You've answered yourself. They are fucking sick and they actually WANT to do this and will pursue children so they can abuse them.
@@shellyseats5630Bingo. I don't see or hear people acknowledging this enough. even if it's an uncomfortable topic, it still needs to be recognized.
$$$ and more $. Add in pure stupid, subtract birth control and there's this poor little guy and thousands like him who never had a chance.
And to think SEVERAL people offered to take him off her hands. Seems like she kept him around just to suit her purposes, and turned into an easy sacrifice when they wanted blessing on the husbands stealing venture to start life over again. So pointless. He had people that loved and wanted him.
I’m so glad TH-camrs & TikTokers are bringing light to Noel’s case. It breaks my heart that he was returned to his “mother” who didn’t care about or love Noel! BIO MOM OR DAD IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST & SAFEST PLACE FOR THEIR CHILD OR CHILDREN. His foster mom wanted him!! She loves Noel, cares about him, nurtured, & made sure he felt safe.
As a Fort Worth native i am here for hearing the legend Stephanie covering our small corner of the world. I’ve been following this one so closely, it makes me absolutely sick to my stomach. It feels like Noel never had a chance.
Hey Stephanie, l love hearing you telling about these bad guys, especially when the law gets the bad guys! l hope this doesn't hurt your feeling, l just thought l would tell you, the clear frames don't flatter you as much as the colored ones, from a faithful fan.
Dang Steph Harlowe communicated telepathically with Danelle Hallan- to release this case on the exact same day and double the coverage 🤯 queens joint slaying! 👑
It’s extremely concerning to me that in the US, we just had 5 trials occurring at the SAME time for mothers that killed their own kids.
What. Is. Happening?
Horrifying 😢😢 Although kids get murdered often in other countries and authorities don't really care or they're paid off.
For some women, it seems to be about the money. They want the money for their kids but they don’t want the children. It’s so sad. The government shouldn’t give them the money until they bring the child monthly for a review of the child’s health.
Right!
@@maggiemae4584 in Germany you will have 250 Dollar each month for each of your children and we don’t have all that mums killing their children.

Wanted to say thank you for covering this story. I live in Dallas and have been super sad about this case. Maybe getting his story out someone, somewhere may know something and say something. I don’t think Charles and Cindy’s situation is that weird but maybe it’s because I grew up around a situation that was similar. My grandpa rented out the “mother in law suite” attached to our house to a small family from his church who had recently become homeless. They stayed for many years until they got back on their feet, we all got along well and I grew up playing with their two sons.

My heart breaks for Noel, for JJ and Tylee, for all kids that I see have similar things happen to them. Because in a second if you brought me in and you said only “please take care of/raise these children” I would do it in a heartbeat, I’d give everything I had to them. I’m 30 and not even a mom myself, but I would do anything for some sweet innocent kiddos. We all would, I think. If you ever need it, just ask for help, someone will help you I promise.
In many states, you can foster children of you're single. Perhaps you could check it out?
Absolutely! Same.
And plenty of foster care parents just like the money they get to foster , especially special needs
I don’t know any of these people, but I can’t help but wonder if the home owner might have the start of some type of dementia. Add his age, and loneliness, he may have been complacent - and was shmoozed by someone who could manipulate the situation. And I believe she did. My BIG problem is when he was on camera and said he’d told her if she wanted to get rid/ should do it legally
So much for mandated reporting (when it comes to the doctors and nurses at the hospital who saw him looking malnourished and unhealthy).
I can’t believe this interview is on recording and he literally used the words “GET RID” - like I can not believe this. At first I thought you were wrong to single him out BUT NOW OMG YOURE 10000000000 billion percent right!!!!!
I live in Fort Worth and I’m really surprised to see someone cover so many cases from here! Our cases are not talked about enough. Thank you, Stephanie. I truly appreciate it! 💕
If you could, please take a look at the case of Israel Ethan Hernandez. His death is so suspicious and the media coverage failed him in the beginning of the investigation.
Not shocked about not caring how he looked. My daughter is a special needs child. She has autism and is on meds. Years ago one of them made her lose a lot of weight to the point it was scaring me. It took seeing 3 doctors before I found one who shared my concerns. It's very alarming how healthcare workers brush things off even when a parent is asking for help.
If he was thrown into a dumpster, he will most likely never be found. Makes me so angry. I'm heartbroken for this precious baby. Prayers to those who loved him and wanted to take care of him.

At 47:48 notice how Charles quickly changes what he was going to say. He starts by saying “I told her if you’re going to get rid” and then he corrects to saying “adopt”…
Yep…

Looking through the comments to see if anyone else had noticed this also.
It really goes to show that there are certain parents that don't deserve to have children and children deserve to have parents that genuinely love and care for them. Justice for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez. 🙏💙💚💙💚
This needs to stop happening. It is just sickening. ❌️⭕️
As someone with elderly parents, they tend to get very naive. It actually blows my mind how naive my mom has become. It’s scary! I hope that is what is going on here best case scenario and that he wasn’t apart of something disgusting.
i was thinking that myself. either Parsons’ is a little vulnerable in his elderly state or he’s a weirdo. hard to know
This older man is alone with no family and few friends, if any. He’s medically frail and likely not naive, but easily fooled and influenced due to what might be a cognitive decline. Could be Alzheimer’s or some other mild stage of dementia. It’s not just age. You can see in the interviews how the wheels start to turn and he begins to doubt but he can’t mentally make the connection. He was hospitalized and couldn’t leave because his helper didn’t show up to sign him out! The living situation is weird with the shed, to say the least. He’s not all there. I’ve dealt with older people all my life. I am not a doctor and can’t diagnose. That requires testing. It could even be that hardening of the arteries or medicine interactions have caused this, or a stroke. I know a woman who was put in a psych ward in her twenties. She’d had a stroke. It was a fluke in a super-healthy tea-totaler religious person. Regardless, elder services will doubtless step in and he can’t negotiate his freedom. He could wind up in a state run care home and his decline will continue. What a heartless woman she was to take advantage of this poor man. Sigh.
Exactly! I don't like that people are saying he is suspicious or involved. I'm a nurse's aide, I've taken care of the elderly for 17 years. They can be very naive and also in this case, in denial. They tend to want to help people a lot, they will give u anything and it's mostly because they want to feel needed.

Hi Stephanie, I only just finished the segment where you describe Santa Muerte so sorry if you talk more about this later on and I just haven't seen it yet. I'm a Santa Muerte devotee from one of the more dangerous states of Mexico, I won't say where exactly but cartel violence is dire there. Before the invasion of the Spaniards, death and relationship with death deities was very normal and expected. The Spanish arrived w/ Catholicism and outlawed our practices as part of their genocide. Annihilating whole populations to get the remainder to believe in your "peaceful" god is a funny way to go about it, right?
So fast forward to today, colonialism is still alive and well, and the disenfranchised are trying to get back what they lost. SM can be seen as a return to what we had before, but with the added baggage of all of the death and suffering we have survived, and for 90% of devotees she represents protection and love even in the face of this death, we view death as holy (hence the name- Holy Death), and therefore so is life since they are the same, most would not take a life in Her name.
However! Then we have the cartels, the extremely dangerous, hypermasculine, they have suffered and lost just as the rest of us, but their relationship with Her is different in the way it leads to those sorts of crimes. I would not say they're not "true" devotees, they believe what they believe and what they commit in the name of those beliefs is just as real as they believe it so. I love SM dearly and to see Her image used in those ways hurts me, but it is what it is, it's just like when others kill in the name of Christianity, Islam etc.
Not trying to convert anyone or say She isn't scary- She's literally a skeleton lol- but figured I'd offer a personal perspective.
Thank you so much for taking the time to speak about La Santa Muerte as I am a devotee as well and it’s frustrating to see how she spoke about La Santa Muerte in her video and continue to talk about it and called it a “cult” it was very disrespectful and hurtful. Thank you for educating in the comment.
I did my bachelor thesis in anthropology and history on the cult of Santa Muerte! It's a very fascinating topic, deeply connected to the deep cultural roots as well as the history of México.

Right. Noel was in mexico with Eguardo and Quincy Jones. This woman had help and people who loved Noel. I'm with you, Stephanie. I get increasingly more furious with these evil people killing children
Not only that he literally said “I told her if she wanted to get rid of him” then changed it up QUICKLY & said “adopt him out to do it the right way”
I watch a lot of true crime channels but this one is my absolute favorite. It’s always the facts but your personal opinion on how it makes you feel never takes away from the facts of the case and the overall narrative. Thank you for the amazing work you put into these cases. Can’t wait for the next. ❤
This is so sad. I am someone who was never able to have children, and to hear about kids being abused, abandoned, or neglected just breaks my heart. 😢
Yes! I have secondary infertility, and my sister never could have children. There are so many of us who would love to care for kids, if their parents don’t want them. 💔
I had 6 miscarriages having my 3 kids over 10 years and I don't understand how people like this are so fertile? When I worked in family law we saw so many cases where women would constantly pop out kids while in dangerous or unstable situations and have them taken away 😩
Just started this video... can already tell it will be an emotional one. Thank you stephanie for your dedication and sharing all these stories for the babies that deserved so much better
I came to comment about how often times I forget you're from New York, but in the most recent crime weekly video with Eric and Jordan i believe, you said "dead ass" in the most New York way that made me remember and then be so proud lmfao we love to see native western nyers succeed and prosper so much. ❤❤ you're wonderful. If I ever die, deep dive me. 🥰
Poor little fella, this episode literally made me cry it’s soul destroying.
I've worked with kids for 10 years, and I will never understand how people can sit back and say nothing about an abused child EVEN if it's just suspicion, or you're unsure or it's a family member/friend. WHO CARES?? I will always rather be safe than sorry. Always. I got out of an abusive situation as a child because of an adult that spoke up regardless and I will always be that person for every child as well. Sometimes you have to be their voice
47:47 the way that during the interview with charles, he has to stop himself from saying “if you want to get rid of him…” and then switch it to “if you want to adopt him out” that is extremely wild & concerning. even if he isn’t sure exactly what happened, he definitely knows what happened to that boy was nefarious.
I was looking for anyone who'd comment about that bc for me, it was what stood out the most in the whole video, and I was surprised I didn't see any top comments discussing it. Good to know I was not hearing sth that isn't there
@@Perepeteia same, i’m glad i’m not the only one who noticed that and found it extremely sus.
47:48 he totally almost says "if youre gonna get rid of him" but changed words to "adopt". Charles def knows more than he's leading on
It will be a sad and dark day. When and if we get used to this kind of thing. Thank you for the video and commentary
How could anyone not provide a child the basics food and water especially a Mother. What a monster.
Hi, Stephanie! Thank You for covering this Little Boy,'s Heart Shattering Case!
My 4 yr old quit eating and was losing weight. I was repeatedly taking him to the dr telling them something was wrong. Turns out he has cancer. If your kid is not eating and losing weight SOMETHING IS WRONG
I'm so sorry! Doctors should LISTEN AND TAKE IT SERIOUSLY when parents take their children to them; I hate when they don't listen! Gosh, I hope that your son gets well.... I have 3 children and I can't imagine what you're going through. I hope that you have a good support system and that your son gets the best care. 💜
By law if you have a child with special needs they’re eligible for services at age 3 and as a former special education teacher and then autism behavioral specialist, please get these free services for your child. The sooner they receive services the better. In some case you can receive services even sooner. Even if the child just needs speech therapy, this can make a huge difference for your child. It improves their ability to learn and lessens behavioral issues among other things!
Yes! THIS ⬆️ SO many people don't know. Both of my children were in early childhood education from 3. My mom is a retired elementary school teacher and her friend was the early childhood education director for the district. ❤ The each have their own struggles, but they're both on the autism spectrum.
Exactly!! Here in Canada the government will pay up to $24k a year for services from age 3-6.
Yes!!! Thank you for what you are doing. I didn’t get any of that as a kid with ASD, and it has been really hard to figure out how to get and keep employment, what is tactful and appropriate in a work setting, etc. In my 40s, I think I’ve got it down and I’ve even had the experience of working with autistic children…but there are now services that can help kids have a lot better life trajectory! Even (and especially if they are no communicative, it is often the difference between a child struggling for most of their life or a rich, meaningful life. It’s so frustrating when people don’t know about them or use them. ❤
Nahhhh it’s not that simple!! I’m NOT saying this woman is innocent bcuz she’s not!!!!! BUT IN MY PERSONAL experience….I fought for years to get my daughter ANY service beyond “free therapy”. She got NOTHING until 14. She was put on meds she refused to take and I could do NOTHING about it bcuz SHE had rights!!! At 12 I found a grown man in her room….he didn’t get arrested bcuz “she had rights and could say yes to a 32 year old man she snuck in MY home….even with her disabilities!! Every time she got in trouble it fell back on ME!! But I couldn’t do anything to help her bcuz SHE had more rights than me. Please don’t pretend services are always available. I tried!!!! My daughter ended up being gang raped, stolen from multiple x, and now is 24 with a 2 year old. She could have had a chance if we coulda got her help early. I have private insurance! It shouldn’t have been a issue. We had the $ to help her, but every time was told “she’s too young” & then when she wasn’t too young was told “you can’t force her, but u are liable for her actions” 😒🤬
@@joyful_tanya I’m so glad you were able to get them services! And you’re right so many people don’t know that’s why I wanted to share this information! Hope you and your kiddos are doing well! And thank your momma for her service as a teacher! ❤️
I live in east Texas and I’ve heard about this case, but Stephanie provided a lot more information than I’ve heard. Sadly, it looks like the mother did something to Noel and caused his death, either by abuse or neglect. Praying this little boy is found 😢
Anyone else notice Charles started to say "get rid of Noel" but quickly changed it to "adopt Noel" in the news interview with him about the patio when he was saying Cindy didn't do what he'd kept telling her to do? Little odd isn't it? If nothing else it indicates he knew that Cindy didn't want Noel anymore
Yeah I take it more as hes recalling how Cindy talked about it and that he knows its not a nice way she spoke about it so he's adapting the language... and that he tried to get him adopted out instead of selling him or dumping him at the hospital.
Yep, I noticed it too. He was going to say that she wanted to get "rid" of him, but stopped himself & said "adopted" out.
If he saw them all as family, maybe he's covering for Cindy so she doesn't get into more trouble. He might not know exactly what happened to Noel, but he's trying to convince himself that the little boy couldn't possibly be dead. It's a horrible situation all the way around.
Parsons reported having met her previously within the community, later after becoming homeless she came to him asking to sleep in her car in his driveway, it was then that he invited her and her children into his home. Also prior to her meeting & marrying current spouse.
I don’t think I’ve heard of this case yet. Since it involves a missing child I can already tell it will most likely break my stupid little heart. Thank you for always telling the hardest cases so thoroughly. We love you and your videos and I don’t know what my crazy Mom brain would do without you and your videos. I have a decent number of creators that I enjoy watching but you are the number one in my top 5. Which I feel like says something because all things considered I’m a very indecisive person. Thank you again!! I hope you and your family have a great summer! I’m sure I’ll make several comments as other thoughts come to me I often do.
There’s nothing wrong with your heart! It’s in the right place. ❤
Thanks!
Perfect timing for a bedtime listen to. God I love this woman and the hard work she puts into every single video. Much love from the UK
My son started school a little late he was going to be six but he is special-needs and it was really important to do all the things that are needed with special education like an evaluation. Doctors appointments it’s a lot, but it’s very helpful and it would’ve helped him tremendously.
The thought of this child being deprived of water and being hit with the keys......gave me physical pain in my gut and chest. I have had special needs boys like Noel as foster children. My heart aches for Noel and what he suffered through. Horrifying. 😢 gut wrenching. Everyone who had a hand in his torture deserves harsh punishment!
I have been following this case from the beginning because I teach in this school district. The people here don't believe Cindy. Thank you for bringing a greater awareness to this case.
Perfect timing!!! I’m sitting here scrolling for someone new to watch. Always excited for what’s next from Stephanie
Charles almost said "get rid" of the boy but redirected his sentence to say if she was going to "adopt" Noel......who says GET RID OF a child unless that child was seen as a nothing instead of a human 😢 ......or unless it was a body to "get rid of"....so incredibly sad. Monsters.
27:31 “somethings off with this dude..” then shows us that photo 😂😂😂😂 I can’t with Stephanie. We’re not even 3 minutes in and the subtle shade being thrown is at an all time high this episode. I’ve been not stop laughing
I did a series of mythology/goddess art for Inktober 2016 (kinda like Harloween but for ink art!) and Santa Muerte was one of my most popular pieces. She is still a big seller in my shop today, but I didn't realize how dark worship of her can be...I don't know how I feel about it now.
My heart breaks for Noel and his foster mom. That old man said it all when he slipped up and said "get rid of" instead of adopt 😡😡
Santa Muerte is popular with people who live on the margins of society, whether criminals or just regular outcasts. The problem is that when a violent criminal is discovered to be a follower of Santa Muerte, it gets a lot of attention, which gives the public the impression that she's an intrinsically evil figure. I would also argue that there's some anti-indigenous bias going on, since Santa Muerte is essentially a modernization of the Aztec goddess Mictecacihuatl. Overall she's a complicated and interesting figure in Mexican culture and I recommend looking into informative content about her, such as Religion for Breakfast's video on the subject.
@@larissabrglum3856 thank you for the information, I will check that video out first! I remember finding her to be the most complicated out of the 30+ figures I researched and drew that month.
she has nothing to do with dark worship??? i don't know why this lady is talking about her being in the shed like it's a bad thing... shes a saint of death to represent protection is mexican culture. shes severely uneducated and the fact that no one is correcting her is upsetting.
47:45 Are we gonna talk about how he almost said "if you're gonna get ri-" as if to say get rid of but stopped and said adopt. He knew she was trying to get rid of Noel. He definitely knows more than he's saying. It's disgusting how many people were witness or could have helped and didnt/weren't allowed to help.
I can’t tell you how much I love seeing you cover cases. Your passion & downright anger towards these monsters is so relatable and I love seeing other people get so fired up!
She kept having children for financial support and this is the evil .. a sweet soul that was just beginning to shine under foster care - I pray for the people who loved Noel, that continue to search for him and justice and I have faith it will come - one way or another to those that did this boy harm
One thing I noticed is the old guy house owner said something like “if she wanted to get rid- adopted him out…” like he accidentally said get rid of him but then quickly changed what he was saying.
"Hey can I borrow your kid, to pose as my kid for CPS?" Who does that?!?! 🤯
Helene was also my grandmother's name and my middle name. 😊
I like how Charles Parson stops himself abruptly (and obviously) from saying Marie Lou wanted to ‘get rid’ of her kid….
That poor sweet baby. These kid cases break my heart but they are so important to talk about and spread awareness.
Thank you for covering it and thank you for always bringing your outrage and Stephanie spice to the conversation.
Ahhhh this intro never will get old 😌 hey Stephanie!
Omg and that outro!! I LOVE that song! Me and my 12 y.o. put it on our playlist. 😁
Love her intro and outro
47:49 Charles Parsons slipped & said “if you’re gonna get ‘rid’ adopt Noel, you should go through the court system”
As I commented on another video, I’m from the Houston area and am very familiar with Santa Muerte. It goes back to the Aztecs. It’s rooted in Indigenous belief. Yes, cartels do pray to Santa Muerte because she is looked at as the patron Saint for those the church has turned their back on. This is partly because even the church refuses to acknowledge St Death and condemns followers for praying to her. It’s believed that she looks out for the LGBTQ+, sex workers and others who society may look down on. Because death accept us all.
Cases like this are the worst for me. We are a neurodivergent household, our youngest is non speaking. We have cut ties with friends and family over the years because of zealous religious beliefs and how they negatively affect children like ours. All of this just crushes me heart.
Thank you for bringing this case to national attention as well as the other Fort Worth cases you have been investigating. I love your channel and the thoroughness of your research. This case about Noel has been heartbreaking to the community.
It amazes me how much you can do!! I just love your work and can't recommend you enough. Thank you for all you do ❤
I don't understand why some lesser youtubers in this fenre have so much more subscribers, SH is definitely one of the best ❤
When they’re interviewing him right around marker47:55 did he almost say if you’re gonna get rid of him? He said this just before he said adopt Noel.🤔
