I like what I’ve seen so far, I like the different drills we run especially for the outside backers. There learning new pass rush moves and techniques. RTR
Man, I'm so hoping for the players and the coaches that this team just balls out!! I want to see them show everyone Bama is still Bama!!! ROLL TIDE BAMA NATION!!!
Based on all I've compiled from the various Bama beat writers & team insiders, would it be fair to say that there's more focus by the players going into actually improving their skills now that less energy and focus is being lost through the stress of angering Saban- that guys are no longer walking on eggshells in practice? To all the other Bama fans reading this and not knowing what the hell I'm referring to, Nick Saban had some of the most ridiculous, and unnecessary behavioral rules he placed on players. For example, he would launch into a tirade and elicit extra disciplinary measures for players over trivial matters. For acts such as looking down at the ground as they jogged back to the huddle if they got beat on the previous play. Or clapping their hands together in frustration over missing a block. For not exiting the field and getting back in line to repeat the drill by not following precisely the exact line of travel Saban dictated they follow. Or not being separated the exact amount of yards away from the next position group during team stretches at the start of practice. Y'know, just the most trivial, insignificant crap imaginable. Obviously, the standard is the standard, and the process was The Process™️, but some people inside the program always wondered if perhaps too much of the players' attention was being divided, and energy getting misspent as a result. That players may have started to become more concerned with monitoring their body language and controlling their natural gut reactions than they were of actually performing their drills correctly to improve at their position. I know it's only week 1 of fall camp and no determinations can be made off of such a tiny sample size, but based on everything you've seen with Deboer thus far, would you agree that more of the players' focus now seems to be going only into improving their techniques & skill sets as football players without the increased tension of angering Saban for something utterly irrelevant?
This year will come down to coaching and Jalen Milroes ability to run and pass. Because I’ve watched teams on our schedule practices and a lot of those teams are loaded with talent as well. Mizzou, Tennessee, LSU, Georgia, Oklahoma and Auburn all these teams will be tough games because they have the personnel to match up. So coaching is key, Milroe has to be that great equalizer. RTR
Defense will have mistakes some crucial butttt ifff they just keep griiiindin n raisin hell lika pack of wild dogs weve COULD hoist 🏆 #19 n KDebeors 1st season w da Kingz of CFB
I watched a video clip of DeBoer poking at players with a padded stick of some description, some popsicle looking thing. I wondered what could be the purpose of that. 😂
So far the real MVP is coach David Ballou. He’s gotten our players bodies right. He’s eliminated baby fat and added bulk to the right guys. RTR
💯
That O line depth sounding like it’s gonna round out nice
Your coverage and insights are greatly valued and appreciated 🐘🙏🏼‼️

Where’s Travis?
Ikr that's the best host on any Bama show. I've followed Travis since his practice reports he did for 247 Sports
Announced on BOL he’s retiring, but he’ll be around occasionally.
So, where's Travis?
Apparently he retired but will still be around on occasion.

Coach KD is a former American Gladiator
He’s trying to poke the ball out
@@DatBoiDeboerpoke “dat” ball out
That's so the players learn how to not fumble the ball when other players poke at it in the actual games
Still no starting QB named.
I love Saban as much as anyone. BUT I am thankful that he is NOT a positional Coach in ANY shape or form....
Where’s Travis?
Travis has retired. Bamaonline has restructured. Jimmy has additional responsibilities now.
