Not 'one of the biggest' but the biggest. Cebu Safari & Adventure Park is the biggest and only one of its kind in the Philippines. Cebu Safari is the only true safari in the Philippines today. The Avilon Zoo and Soobic Safari are not true safaris because, not only they're very small in area compared to Cebu Safari, but also most of the animals they have are actually enclosed in very small spaces that restrict their free movement. In contrast, Cebu Safari is very large, with over 170 hectares currently in use and still continuously expanding to its intended size of 300 hectares as they add more animal attractions in the coming months or years. As you have seen, most of the animals are not placed inside cages or in small enclosures. The animals are placed in large spaces so that they can move around freely, especially the African safari which is twice the size of the entire Manila Zoo. In comparison, Soobic Safari is only 25 hectares while Avilon Zoo is a measly 7.5 hectares which is equivalent only to the Orchidarium in Cebu Safari.

@@OlgaOrtega-dw6rg Huh? You must be imagining. Animals in Cebu Safari are caged? Don't you know that Cebu Safari is the first zoological park in the Philippines that is truly world-class comparable to modern zoological parks in the world such as Taipei Zoo and San Diego (California) Zoo from which the Cebu Safari is inspired from? Please provide photos of animals being caged in Cebu Safari except the dangerous ones like lions, tigers, pythons, cheetahs, hyenas, crocs, etc. The Calauit Safari has only 2 species (giraffe and zebra) of the original imported African animals remained today after all others died out. Come visit Cebu Safari and be amazed at how the park is well-done, beautiful and lush as it is built on a natural tropical forest on the mountains with huge tall trees, and thick jungle where birds fly free in an aviary and where visitors can walk among some of the non-dangerous animals who roam freely in their adopted natural habitat. This is the only real safari of its kind in the Philippines that houses more than a thousand animals from more than 120 species. In contrast, Calauit Safari has only 2 species: giraffe and zebra. I suggest you visit the website of Cebu Safari here: www.cebusafari.ph/
