Slightly different topic of video, but hopefully you can see all based around creating better content. #jaguarftype #sonycamera #a6000 Oh... By the way I am going to Europe in my Jaguar F-Type... SOON!!!
Forget suction mounts, using black tack helps keep your GoPro remain in place. I've recently used that for filming journeys and they stick very well, without leaving behind any residue/marks
Have you considered a dedicated Tascam Dr05 audio recorder? I haven't tried mine in the car yet, I thought your sound was a bit supervillian / robot, not natural, all clear but you're looking for great audio and visuals. The Tascam is ideal for placing around the car for optimum engine and verbal. Just sync every new film with a hand clap. I might try mine in the boot over the exhaust see how it performs. There is a motorcyclist called Schaaf who uses one in his rucksack. All excellent engine noise. I use Ram claws with Gopro for use on the bikes and considering an insta360 as my next cam. I look to use two cams as it keeps the viewing interesting. Keep up the good work. I'm in Switz soon too.
Audio sounds great with the lavalier mic 👍🏻 Not so good for anything not from your mouth so your shotgun mic is good. I use a Rode Wireless Go for the Lav. Helps keep you mobile. Camera - I can’t help. I shoot literally everything on my iPhone, GoPro and Drone, so not really good from a camera perspective 🤦🏼♂️😆 Do you buy a drone - 100%. Best thing I did for scenic car shots
Id just stick with using your phone. Use the camera for pretty shots youll be using for montage/ edits etc. People will sit through rubbish quality video , but if they cant hear you.... then people click off. Audio > video
I use the camera for general “holiday videos” not just TH-cam and always want to create better content. It’s the audio issue I have that is driving the camera change, if I have a mic on a camera just makes everything much easier in the edit

Appreciate it👊

Tascam with a Purple Panda mic
Thanks, I will be sure to check it out! One of the guys coming to Switzerland has a 360 camera so hoping to be able to steal this for a video 👀😂

Appreciate it! Problem is where we live so many airports it will stop me flying it I think. Too scared I’ll hit a plane 👀😂
I’m proud to say I watched this whole vid, but unfortunately I have no advice to give, so that’s really useful 😂
Appreciate the support!
