I'm sorry for any affense things that I regret I said. I was moved by your story of the dieing baby. I believe in God and all the greatness of others my heart was broken and I haven't been able to let go and live again but hearing positive thinking makes me feel good about life.

They have certainly disbelieved who say, " Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.

Mashallah this is a very nice story. Everyone should be patient and confident especially during a hard time. For example; in my country there was a huge bomb which scared us all. We tried calling my family , but there was no signal. All I could think of is being patient or else i would go crazy. However, thank God everyone was fine :). Patience is very important, and you should now that whatever happens, will happen. Elhamdellah :) :) :)

Lovely story.
Sometimes i dont watch these videos because of the awful background noises (nasheed? wailing men?) which was present in this video as well. But i was curious to know the story. I really really dont get why these wailing sounds are so important for DailyReminder, Merciful Servant, and whole lot of other popular and less popular Islamic channels.
If i was still a non-muslim i would see muslims as those who want to make a point by wailing and setting a sad mood to gain sympathy and emotionally capture people. This is still a reason for me not to actually press the like button for these videos (sometimes i do) because that would mean i approve the sounds as well. For the same reason i can not show these to my non muslim friends for the purpose of inspiration.
You may gain some subscribers this way and lose some as well but always do the right thing like the Sheikh said.
Also note that this is not very natural as well because when the Sheikh originally spoke there were no extra sounds.
I realized that the story felt tragic with the background sound but as soon as the video ended, the sound stopped and the temporary emotions (built by the wailing sound) were gone. True emotions would come forward and last much much longer if there was no extra sound as my heart would move by its truth and not temporary emotions.
But indeed jazakALLAHu Khair for your efforts. It benefits alot.
(edit - i unsubscribed (from a couple of other channels as well for the same reason) - it really turned me off for today atleast - it maybe okay for those who watch such videos once in a while, but if you do it alot nasheeds give a headache)
Assalamualaikum akhi, I do agree with you. I find it rather annoying to hear the same four or five nasheeds but I thank Allah that I can hear such sounds and see such videos. Allahumustan, ameen. :)

Stop thinking about what other people will think when they see this. You who wants to believe let him believe, and you who wants to disbelieve let him disbelieve. If a simple humming noise is stopping an individual stopping in believing in Allah then May Allah help them and us all
Idk the wailing sounds don't sound like wailing sounds to me. Lol sounds like some type of instrument. When I found that it was guys humming I'm like wtf?

See, I never know whether I should give money to those who ask for it in the street purely because I am usually told my others that they either scams or they'll spend it on alcohol and crap like that...hmmm
Islamic principle is to do best according to ones knowledge.
If you follow Islamic guidelines (according to the best of my knowledge) you can follow different routes:
1. NEVER Give money to those who beg, begging is not allowed in Islam.
2. According to an Islamic tradition you can actually talk to one of the beggars and give them some inspiration or something else that will benefit them in getting a job and leave that filth.
3. Find people who you know are in need of money but dont beg.
4. When you give money to someone (who deserves according to the best of your knowledge) , it is a loan that you loaned to the Creator and he will return it to you in the afterlife after multiplying it. Also in this life, giving money softens the heart.
You never lose if you have the intention to get the reward in the afterlife. Even if someone cheats you and you know you were cheated, you will get it sorted out in the next life. No worries.

And Islam has to do with every action of our life. Islam is a way of life so it moves with us. So whatever we do we have Islam with us.
I watch alot of stuff and whenever i find appropriate, i use my knowledge (alot of it comes from Islam) to discuss with people.
This is the way of Early Muslims. They discussed with everyone. They were amazing people. Everyone loved them even if they disagreed with them.

Sorry but I don’t believe this story. First if you get a bonus from your company it is by a check or electronic deposit into your bank account. Companies don’t give cash bonuses to employees. Even if he went and deposited the money right away why would he carry all that cash around? The women also said she needs medicine for the baby which means she probably saw a doctor to get a prescription. She was not looking for over the counter medication which would not be life saving.
I am sure any doctor would have admitted the baby to the hospital if it was that sick. In the USA ( I assume this is where this happened since it was in dollars) you don’t need prepayment or insurance if you go to an emergency room to get care. Hospitals are required by law to treat all life threatening illness regardless. Finally why would this even make the news ? Many con artists get arrested everyday and it’s not really newsworthy in most cases. Again it’s nice but doubt it happened
