Amoled isn't as durable as a good ol lcd. My personal experience. An amoled will bust up even if the glass survived the harsh drop. But lcd won't stop working.
I bought a xiaomi mi 11 ultra with a amoled it broke on my first real drop stopped working completely replacement screen is 400+ not including labor costs
That's the smartest play . Not giving a charger , relieves them from providing a high watt charger as demanded by the market , which basically destroys your battery life by atleast 50% in long term

That's why I just bought it. It's fast to use also. I was considering the Samsung flip 3 but as carpenter /Painter the screen would probably not survive.

Google can get away with a low end chip, 60hz display because it has: an OLED display with bezels 1/4 the size. Some amazing software tricks, flagship camera. Nokia on the other hand can't. I've held both & the Nokia feels like $h!t in comparison.
@@IndianPolitical001 yes 480 is better , the only limitation is video recording is supported only upto 1080p 60 FPS , other than that it's almost identical to 720 or even slightly better , it has 6 cores which are clocked with 1.8Ghz , same as 720 but only rest two cores are underclocked to 2*2Ghz . Though u get slightly higher CPU speed , in 720 the limitation is that it doesn't support 5g , neither adreno 619 . Whereas , 480 does support 5g as well as better GPU than 720.

I have a Nokia 5.3 and it’s the best phone I’ve had...Super smooth performance thanks to stock Android....Much better performance than Samsung or Sony..It also has a cool white notification led on the power button which is really unique.
I've got that, task switching and the swipe keyboard are huge problems as they keep freezing all the time for several seconds, how did you get around that?

Ips display is not at all bad...Only ips display will be long last for more years...And also the processor is new one...For stock android is more than enough...U wont get lack....Without having phone in ur hand, dont tell anything without knowing
just want to tell that amoled screen is more expensive than lps for most phones used. and 480 is equally strong as 720. so this is very good phone I would say

SD 4 series is the power efficient line. This is definitely a Motorola killer. Android one with all the android features, even the ones missing from flagships like the headphone port

Still waiting for Android 11 on my Nokia 5.3 which was promised before Christmas 2020...and there's no date for release as yet. Love this phone, You can disable the google assistant button by going Settings-System-Gestures-Google Assistant Button-Off. I’ve sorted the annoying on/off button by activating a fingerprint on my other hand, so it won’t keep turning on when I pick it up. Charges quickly if you use usb or quality plug. Good battery life if you do housekeeping eg turn off Bluetooth when you don’t need it. Dropped it several times, not a scratch, but if I was working in dust/grit I’d get a simple screen film put on the camera and screen to avoid abrasion.
Nokia going back to their roots and making unbreakable phones like the good ol' days ❤

Love this phone, You can disable the google assistant button by going Settings-System-Gestures-Google Assistant Button-Off. I’ve sorted the annoying on/off button by activating a fingerprint on my other hand, so it won’t keep turning on when I pick it up. Charges quickly if you use usb or quality plug. Good battery life if you do housekeeping eg turn off Bluetooth when you don’t need it. Dropped it several times, not a scratch, but if I was working in dust/grit I’d get a simple screen film put on the camera and screen to avoid abrasion.
Snapdragon 480 5G and 750G 5G are equally powerful and they are not for lower range and budget friendly phones, they're for mid-range devices
