You have very good guides, I came to try the game and my charm, I am currently at level 50. Without a doubt, this guide is very good, I hope you soon release a build guide to go against bosses.
It's a bit random at the moment, but I usually stream for 12 hours before I get off and edit a video. I'm glad you asked tho, I need to figure that part out.
For leveling, you'll be doing MSQ + Exploration quests along the way + codex if you get stuck. You'll hardly do any mob grinding unless you're with a 6-man group and you wanna supplement your exp with some grinding on the side.
This was done with base quest-gear and a couple dungeon gear. Traits were suboptimal traits like endurance etc. Just to show that it's doable as someone who is in a 100% F2P/casual set of gear. With optimal traits like evasion to do more Counters with CB, you speed this process up quite a bit.
Hi bro! Firstly, this is an amazing build, and props for making it work! I have a very similar build in New World and I show PvP with such builds on my channel. I am excited to see that this can work in TL as well! Some food for thought: Wand has a passive for HP regen with every hit - just like tanks in Lineage 2 used to regen HP with every hit!

GS helps a BIT in mass-pvp, although not as much as Wand/Dagger would I'd say, but skirmishes, it's combos are pretty damn good. Could easily stun lock somebody.
There is nothing and no item that can help with stamina in combat right? and did you level with SnS or is it quicker with GS? Would you make it with GS again or with wand next time? (although i found curse gameplay not so fun early on)
Some weapons like the GS I'm wearing give Stamina regen, but that's about it. You just have to time your collision resets when your stamina is low. When they fix the Devastating Tornado bug, this build will shred mobs even more. It does work with Wand and yes, even dagger. After watching the livestream this past week, with GS expecting buffs and bug fixes, I might make it with GS still, but we'll see. Things could be very different after January 3. One thing is for sure, I'm gonna pair it with whatever farms good early at NA launch, because winning rank 1 in events early on if you're F2P like me is HUGE.
Wand is supposed to be getting buffed, so hopefully that helps. It felt worse early, but got better. I have a similar build to this video, but with wand secondary. The wand does provide more aoe and some nice healing if your gear isn't great yet.
@@endynegaming9413 based on the recent livestream, the buffs to wand are geared towards healing. Wand damage isn't as strong as before, but it still is. In DaVinci server top performers in events are still wand users.
@@endynegaming9413 i tried shield/wand in this CBT, took me 2 days to get to level 37... then I made a new character shield/greatsword and got to 44 in half a day. keep in mind this leveling system is changed and you cant just do MSQ anymore so you actually have to do contracts and kill mobs. that is where wand slowed me down a ton, it really sucks at killing things.

Great video dude. I still think the combat seems pretty slow and a little boring honestly, and this is mainly because damage in general by all classes is quite low, and there is a lack of AOE abilities. Even from level 20-50, there doesn't seem to be a big damage increase, which honestly is discouraging and not incentivizing gear and character progression to me at least. Just my opinions, if they improved upon these areas i mentioned, while also making combat feel a little less stationary, it could be a great game. I am excited about the western version, hopefully they can make some kind of improvements to combat in it's launch. Anyways, glad you're doing well, and are still making great guides and gaming videos, keep up the great work.
You'd have to play a proper DPS class if you want fast paced and big D dmg combat. Not a tank. He is a tank, so its slow and boring. At level 50 with epic full traits weapons and even just rare full traits armor for your class, you can 2-3 shot these elite mobs with dps builds. Gear progression makes a LOT of difference, in fact its P2W because decked out epic gear is so hard to build to. Skill progression is also extremely important, having epic skills to level 5 makes a world of difference. High tier gameplay is all about bursting its insane.
Yhe single target damage still looks absolutely horrible. Bow kills this guy 20x in the time you kill him once. But this is very good to farm the smaller mobs.
Except Bow will get destroyed by the Archers as he's trying to kite around. You don't focus on the big boss, you focus on gathering more mobs so he gets hit with all the provoke damage spread and he'll eventually die, and all he'll ever be is another +10-20k in your pocket.
In 10 minutes you earned around 25k x 6 its 150 ..... you cant do it 2x faster .... 3h farm gives you around 400k . its not bad . But 300k in1 h its a click byte
The Sollant drops can fluctuate, test it out yourself. This entire hour run was 300k/hour with my gear which was NPC gear at the time save my weapons which was from a dungeon. At my current gear, 800k/1mil per hour is normal. So no, it is not clickbait. Try the build out yourself and see with your own eyes how much you're able to farm with it.
Both wand and dagger combos would work here as well. I started with GS and it's too expensive for a F2P to switch over. GS works well with skirmishing when the zone becomes PVP as well.
I main sns/wand but i grind with sns/gs. Sns/gs just has better sustain which means you can tank more mobs and for longer plus it has consistent damage output, uninterrupted grinding. Wand is all about the set up & burst then you're on long CD. It takes time to set up your dots and haze to spread it, sleep to increase dot dmg & stealth attack then burst, then you wait for your CDs. You also don't have the sustain of sns/gs so theres a lot of downtime unless you pot AND slot in a lot of mp regen traits.
Sollant gain per mob is RNG, but it averages out towards the end. For example, the big guy can give you upwards of 20k+ but sometimes you get cucked and he only gives around 6-10k. Same with the regular mobs, you're also only taking into consideration raw sollant. The gear drops/lithograph/Marind etc. that drop, you can sell straight to the NPC or sell Marinds for Lucent. This is also without the full party bonus where you have a full party while grinding while they do their own thing/questing etc. as you grind. 300k was me lowballing it. You get way more than 300k per hour with all things considered.

@@user-bp3zg6dk6l Hello bro, tbh my equipment is mostly NPC rewards(They're really good to start with), I believe my weapons are the only one from the dungeons, but most of the damage from this build comes from Provoke procs. They're also suboptimal, seeing as I didn't go for traited out blue equipment. With fully traited blues w/ Melee evasion, it would proc reflect a lot more and clear faster/safer. That's definitely an adjustment I would make when NA launches. This grind is basically done on a character where a lot of mistakes were made, seeing as this is my first time playing along with the others. Optimized gear will have a much easier time than I am.

Can you clear all the PvE group content there is available with this build or is it lacking in 50lvl dungeon group play?
You can clear everything - I use this same build when clearing dungeons and it gives quite a bit of leeway even if you mess up some mechanics.
what pasives would you suggest for SnS+Dagger for a solo farm set up like this?

I'd go 20 Per 20 Wis and rest Dex, if you already have 900-1k hit without Perception, you can opt for 20 Dex 20 Wis for max dps, then rest Per

Good strat and build, but going over the 2pts line(30 base points) was agreed to be stupid as fuck.
