Guys if it doesn't spawn it spawns in different locations and here's all of them
1.brookhaven stables(mentioned in the video)
2.brookhaven town hall(in the left behind the tree)
3.brookhaven lobby(the tree near police station up the branch of the tree)
4.brookhaven motel(in the managers room thingy)
5.brookhaven mall(in the gym behind the tv)
6.summer cabin(behind the left giant tree and youll find it)
If I forget something I will edit it pls dont be rude because i missed a new location of the energy crystal because this comment will be outdated in the future
