So he simply adjusted his active and rest hours to that during the day, doesnt matter whether it is night or day. After all, the law of rhytm is an universal law. Namaste

Through alternative nostrill exercises u will eventually notice it but Da Vince was prob so aligned he knew instantly(/subconsciously) this is the way it works. Or he got influenced by eastern pundits/beliefs... u prob know better than me.
This breath technique has been banned from our karate dojo ever since i've been going there. I'm talking 30 years! Our Sensei couldn't explain why, but thought it was to do with accessing the supernatural. I never do this type of breathing since it is forbidden. ty 4 vid

There's a zen proverb about the finger pointing at the moon. In this case, breath is the "finger". Moving or controlling prana, more subtle than air is the goal of pranayama. Conscious breathing is the equivalent of crawling in learning to walk, don't get stuck crawling 😂
