Wonder how Master Kim is going to react when he finds out Kwon was killed with his knife, due to Kreese’s carelessness. 😳 Talk about shame. I don’t think Kreese will be allowed to go back there.
I disagree witht he wolf, johnny comparison. While johnny may have had his students do dangerous shit like jump bridges, or power cement trucks, he was never emotionally abusive the same way wolf was (aside from some stuff he did in season 1 which his character grew out of quickly). He is generally encouraging, motivational and brings out the best of his students. What the show implies with wolf is that he mentally breaks down his students, in order to produce soldiers, exactly the same way john kreese did with johnny in karate kid.
I'm personally thinking Kwon's death will be the turning point for John Kreese, especially after he received reluctant help from Johnny Lawerance. Kreese may start respecting Johnny enough to let him come back and take over Cobra Kai as a sensei with Miguel as his top student. I'm sure Cobra Kai will end how it began with Lawerance and Miguel.
Robby is not the first one to be love sick like that but a lot of characters felt like they were out of balance and someone like Daniel and Johnny failed to see that and help them balance. I guess Miyagi would have noticed and help them focus.
im so mad that kwon died, i rly loved his character. I really loved part 2 it was so good. Im so hyped for part 3. love your vids bro. I really wish kwon didnt die. 15:51 ayo lol
As much as I liked watching Kwon, his character was pretty one-dimensional. He is portrayed as rebellious and reckless, and yet is still chosen by Kreese to be his champion over Yoon, who is reliable and a team player. I mean objectively, did Kwon really do any better in the tournament than Yoon would have done? Kwon is basically season 2 and 3 Hawk with none of the brains.
@@samuelstephen8147he’s not the most complex & original character we have seen in this series, but I will say he served his role well for this season. His character had a great impact with the characters and its story and his death will seem to have a greater impact for part 3.
according to leaks there are scenes of kwon's ghost haunting kreese, kim da eun and even tory and maybe the other cobra kai members and the current miyagi do team
SPOILERS What happened to Kwan was a total shock to me. I went in without being spoiled, and I was surprised they'd go so far as to unalive a teenager in their show like that. So far the only people who have suffered that fate are the soldiers in the vietnam flashbacks.
13:52 pretty girl trash person. Robby didn’t drink before so he didn’t know what he was doing. He had 2 drinks with 2 shots of rum in each. For those who can’t count that’s 4 shots of rum in an inexperienced drinker. He didn’t even remember what happened between him & Zara. This was the only time I actually felt bad for Robby in part 2. He was completely over reacting to the Tory situation & having his butt handed to him on a silver platter. Then got taken advantage of by an influencer
While you do have a point I’d have to disagree slightly Robby was partially aware of what he was doing, he might’ve not remembered the details nor to the fact that Zara was taking advantage of the situation. But he literally admitted to Miguel that he did something stupid, as in hooking up with Zara and he also claims that he did it to get back at Tory for thinking that she slept with Kwon. He probably doesn’t remember how everything went down, he definitely had to have known that he slept with her, and that he gave into it. And I’m not saying this to try and justify any actions, as I do agree that Zara did take advantage of the situation, and used the fact that Robby was intoxicated against him which is low, but to an extent, he knew what he was did as well.
I think robbie bombing the sekai tekai over a girl isnt a problem, considering even if emotionally mature for that age, thats what teenagers do. jump to conclusions and make stupid choices. especially over girls
Karate is supposed to give you confidence. I guess not in Dimitri's case. Dimitri is the only character that hasn't evolved. Yes, he knows karate, however Dimitri is still the sniffling self loathing crybaby. Since season one. On top of that, he plays the victim. Dimitri messes up, instead of taking responsibility, he blames Hawk.
The brawl at the end was not unrealistic. It happens in baseball and hockey all the time. The only unrealistic thing was the female fighters holding their own against the male fighters. In a real brawl the women would not survive the first two minutes. They'd all be passed out on the floor after getting clobbered.
I disagree it was very unrealistic. Brawls result in people severely injured. Even if you walk away unbruised, you're gonna at least have a broken hand or two. The worst part was there was no reason for them to all brawl. I agree with you on the females. When a 14-year-old boy soccer team can beat team USA woman soccer In a slatter that's all I need to know. I think putting all these girls in this show was a mistake.
@@billmarshall268 Ya, the motivations were kind of weak, I agree. Although, I must say, in hockey it doesn't take much 😄. Maybe a more realistic scenario would have been just Cobra Kai and Myagi-Do fighting, and they both get disqualified. Alternatively, I can see a scenario where Kwon goes nuts and disables most of the Cobra Kai fighters. Then he starts wailing on Sam big time -- forcing Axel to come in to defend her. In any case, they should have flushed out the motivations more.
Lol buddy you are so bias against wolf it’s hilarious. You didn’t even talk about him making Johnny look like a novice, and then handling Johnny and Daniel in a 2v1. Sensei wolf is almost Miyagi & Kim level.

I was really hoping that Jazmine would show up in Barcelona to cheer for Demitiri which could be totally within her character and then see Demitri talking this way.
@@watchparty1 yes I noticed that I guess they wanted to keep the people at the tournament to a minimum to avoid to many having knowledge about what is going to happen. But on the other hand Jasmine might just assume she could watch as in any other tournament.
To be honest with Axel, we only saw some of the stuff Wolf did. And as far as I remember, none of them kids got bruises and shit from Johnny. Wolf did to Axel what Kreese did to Johnny. Honestly it's implied that Wolf is doing something to Axel to the point where something like Sam giving a damn about him mattered. Honestly just because you are buff and shit, if you have been through alot of shit where you're constantly being put down and hurt, your not that confident that you apparently think Axel should have. While I don't like what he's doing, it's understandable. Also the way Axel acts about this type of treatment is different from others with Johnny, it's something far worse than what Johnny does.
Very good points! Here other things (I disagree with some of your conculsions): 1) Kreese woke up imo. He is done with this "no mercy" sh..it once and for all. Now he saw to what it leads. Maybe something like this was necesarry for him to understand it, his own student died because of this Cobra Kai philosophy. Since Vietnam and the loss of Betsy, Kreese took the wrong way his whole life, and I am sure now he understands it. 2) Tory gave Daeun a wake up call too. When Tory asked her these questions, even if Daeun said in the end "yes it was worth", you clearly see that was only a fassade. In the first moment when Tory made her statement, Daeun looked like she realized Tory was right. You shouldnt sacrifies everything for karate or winning. Tory hit the bulls eye when she told Daeun this winning at all costs from Cobra Kai is only becasue Daeun and Kreese are afraid of Sunyung. Tory is 100000% sure done with Cobar Kai now. At least with Kim or Kreese Cobra Kai, only Johnny s C.K. version is something she could join again. Tory and Zara fought in the mass brawl. Tory landed one kick, for the rest she got destroyed by Zara. Even Kwon knew Zara would destroy Tory. Zara is simply the better fighter. And it was luck for Tory they didnt fight in the tournament. 3) Kwon got what he deserved. He was an uncontrolable psychopath and wanted to kill Robby as revenge for losing to him. He would have killed Sam and Tory too if they tried to stop him, and he wanted to kill Axel too since he knew he cant beat him in a normal fight, so he took the knife. Axel was basically the hero for all of them. In the end he protected many people from a guy who was out of control and ready to kill. And maybe all of this is a hint what did happen in Miyagi s case back in the day. Back then: Miyagi vs Claramunt: Death Today: Kovacevic vs Kwon: Death Maybe Miyagi's opponent Claramunt was like Kwon, that he freaked out and was a danger for others. Miyagi always said karate is to "defend yourself and protecting otehrs", and maybe he did this there. He defended himself and protected others from a raging pyscho like Kwon was, and his name was Claramunt. 4) Something that gets rarely mentioned: Wolff wasnt there in the end. It seems the death of Kwon didnt shock him at all. Zara wasnt there too. I am getting more the feeling Wolff is the ultimate bad guy, not Sunyung, Silver, Kreese, Daeun, etc.. Even Kreese, Silver and Daeun were completely shocked, but it seems Wolff didnt care, same as Zara. Wolff fought Daniel and Johnny in a 1 vs 2 and still had the upperhand. And we know through his cage fight he knows some (fictional) Shaolin killing techniques too. The guy would just kill Johnny and Daniel in a no rule fight without any effort. 5) Cobra Kai lost _"nothing too overwhelming"_ ? They got humilated by the Iron Dragons in episode 6 and also lost to Miyagi-Do in the quarterfinals. And Tory in also lost against Zara when they fought in the brawl. 6) You are underestimating the Iron Dragons big time. They have an offense like Cobra Kai and a defense like Miyagi-Do. Offense/Defense: Cobra Kai: 10/5 Miyagi-Do: 8/10 Iron Dragons: 10/10 Wolf>Johnny/Daniel Zara>Tory (maybe Sam too, we will see) Axel>Robby/Miguel 7) I did a little check on the origins of the name Claramunt, and I have a gut feeling more and more Wolff was maybe realated to this guy. Remember Wolff speaks Spanish, Catalan and Chinese, he even told Johnny how Barcelona is pronnounced correctly. When he instructed Axel against Robby, he said "Axel, chih koh!!!", and I think "chih koh" is Chinese and means "attack". If you check the wiki page on that family name, you see famous people are Enrique Claramunt, Jose Claramunt (both Spanish soccer players), Lluis Claramunt (Catalan artist), Teresa Claramunt (Catalan Spanish anarcho-syndicalist). Buttom line: The guy Miyagi killed, Claramunt, was a Spaniard from Catalonia most probably. Since Barcelona is the capitol city of Catalonia. Of course following is all pure speculation: I would be zero surprised if sensei Wolff is Spanish-Chinese (maybe he is mixed blood like his actor Lewis Tan), and maybe he was a family member of that guy Miyagi killed, and is out now for revenge. Maybe Silver had no clue about Wolff s history and who he really is. The way how Jon, Josh and Hayden pointed out how important his character is, I doubt he is just a side character. And will all respect and I know you werent serious since you are a Johnny fan, but Wolff is the best fighter among the adults by a mile. A guy who fights Daniel and Johnny together and still has the upperhand is simply in a league of his own.
I think silver faked that whole ST paper! He knows gunther wouldn't know the score. So he faked it and put death in there so he could embarrass miyagi do on live TV!! But this Zanbrrano guy might have known Mr miyagi and he will clear it up soon but by then Daniel step down from the ST with miyagi do and to get back at silver he will join Johnny's CK!!!
I dont know.... If Kwon wouldnt had stabbed himself on accident... He would have stabbed Axel on purpose... So we always would have ended with a death climax.....
I just finished the last episode of part 2. I feel kwon’s death was completely unnecessary. It’s been a crazy part 2 of the season. It’s as if the writers took the audience on a ride and we got so high up, but then they killed off kwon, and they just sent us to a terrible freak downward spiral that hit the ground. Honestly. We got pretty far removed from the family friendly season 1 of Cobra Kai. Don’t get it twisted, I still enjoyed a lot of this 2nd part of season 6.
I sort of saw what they were doing with kwon back in part 1, and so did cobra kai nation. The character that is built up to be so evil and dark, they end up dying at their own hand. cobra kai nation made a great theory video basically predicting what kwons mindset would be leading up to his death.
The story with Mr. Miyagi, makes me wonder if we will get a conclusion to it at the end of the last five episodes. Or, will it still be left in question for the new movie that he's supposed to come out in 2025 I think it is
i believe the only reason they would kill off kwon is to make way for miguel to become cobra kai’s captain the show started with johnny and miguel and it will end with them winning, kreese will see the error of his ways with kwons death and go to johnny
Similar builds? I think Dolph was much more muscular as Patrick. I dont know how old Patrick is, but I guess around 25 or so. Look how Dolph looked as Drago when he was 27 or so. Imo no comparation.
Demetri was TERRIBLE for team chemistry and I kinda thought we were past demetri being this annoying loser though that was a huge point but it's what we got I guess
is there really no possibility of Kwon still being alive? like he comes back from the dead, like Kreese, he fakes his death all the time, Cobra Kai never dies. I feel like it would surprise the fans if Kwon is somehow alive.
@watchparty1 I agree 100% ....all our beloved characters are acting out of characther...in complete contradiction with who we know they are...The team of writers did not respect at all the characters' story bible... and it was very irritating and frustrating to watch all these inconsistencies as a spectator...it hurts over all our appreciation of season 6...the new intrigues and plotlines were very weird, lame and made zero sense. It felt rushed and forced and not organic as in previous seasons. The music, hair, make-up, lighting, camera, color, costume, martial art scenes were amazing but everything else felt flat on its face. We have to blame Hollywood's big studios for the actors and writers strikes that hurt the production of this season 6 of Cobra Kai.
I agree i don't like that Daniel doesn't have trust in johnny as a sensei partner if that's the case then why ask for his help to stop kreese and silver from taking over the valley
Damn, cobra Kai should of stayed on TH-cam red. Netflix ruined the potential. You can tell they have to force storylines. This should of been 3 seasons at the max. All this kid drama ruined the show
I want them to go back and re-edit Part 2 and add archive footage of Jonathan Avildsen's image from the TH-cam cop comedy series Hardtop and Shades and digitally insert it into the scenes with Dennis and Terry Silver along with his fight scenes in that series.
I just pray and hope Julia san comes back and beat down Cobra Kai female sensei tht’d be perfect cause she was Mr. Miyagi student. I really hope Hilary Swank comes in cause they need Julia san
I feel like there’s a lot for Part 3 to close off for the series (and it’s only 5 episode). Does anyone else think we could possibly get 1-hour episodes to compensate for all the story we have to cover?
They need to do something. They wasted five episodes on this dopey tournament. I want to see them finish up all the back stories. Like who is johnny's father, the unanswered questions about krese after his girlfriend's car accident. I feel like different writers.Hijacked this show after season two.

I sort of saw what they were doing with kwon back in part 1, and so did cobra kai nation. The character that is built up to be so evil and dark, they end up dying at their own hand. cobra kai nation made a great theory video basically predicting what kwons mindset would be leading up to his death.
WatchParty, can you do an analysis on the brawl?
Likely will.
The story with Mr. Miyagi, makes me wonder if we will get a conclusion to it at the end of the last five episodes. Or, will it still be left in question for the new movie that he's supposed to come out in 2025 I think it is
There will be a lot of unanswered questions for the spin-off.
Battle of the simps, Robby vs Axel
i believe the only reason they would kill off kwon is to make way for miguel to become cobra kai’s captain the show started with johnny and miguel and it will end with them winning, kreese will see the error of his ways with kwons death and go to johnny
15:51 I was not mentally prepared for that
14:54 Axel looks like Dolph Lundgren. They even have similar builds lmao
Similar builds? I think Dolph was much more muscular as Patrick. I dont know how old Patrick is, but I guess around 25 or so. Look how Dolph looked as Drago when he was 27 or so. Imo no comparation.
@@chrisbach1533 i was kinda more thinking about height not muscularity. Sry if u got the wrong idea.
@@Kflaynife 👍
"Owww! " to tae-kwon-dead for Brandon 😬
How can Miyagi fight in the ST in 1947/48 when he would have been >18, having already fough in WW2. Did Miyagi marry and go to war when he was 14?
Timeline gets resolved in part 3.
Hooked up with kumiko? 9:24
Oh shutup
deep fake bad
I agree i don't like that Daniel doesn't have trust in johnny as a sensei partner if that's the case then why ask for his help to stop kreese and silver from taking over the valley
Did qwon actually die?
Damn, cobra Kai should of stayed on TH-cam red. Netflix ruined the potential. You can tell they have to force storylines. This should of been 3 seasons at the max. All this kid drama ruined the show
The Dublin Thunders were Garbage ngl. Anyone could have took them.
I'm sad Kwon died... was kinda liking him😢
Tae Kwon Dead 😂😂😂 I like that, I'M GONNA USE THAT
I want them to go back and re-edit Part 2 and add archive footage of Jonathan Avildsen's image from the TH-cam cop comedy series Hardtop and Shades and digitally insert it into the scenes with Dennis and Terry Silver along with his fight scenes in that series.
Demetri is a 🤡
Cry
@@Penguinzero1 I am pointing he's a genz hayseed like yourself
@ ok?
@@Penguinzero1 yeah, it is ok
I just pray and hope Julia san comes back and beat down Cobra Kai female sensei tht’d be perfect cause she was Mr. Miyagi student. I really hope Hilary Swank comes in cause they need Julia san
It's Julie

I feel like there’s a lot for Part 3 to close off for the series (and it’s only 5 episode). Does anyone else think we could possibly get 1-hour episodes to compensate for all the story we have to cover?
Hayden said no in a Q&A tonight.
They need to do something. They wasted five episodes on this dopey tournament. I want to see them finish up all the back stories. Like who is johnny's father, the unanswered questions about krese after his girlfriend's car accident. I feel like different writers.Hijacked this show after season two.
After cobra Kai wonder where you are going to go
…what?
1:12 me neither. heck not even top 10 for me
Spoiler block!!
Meh, everyone is a critic
Of course. This is TH-cam. It's literally in the name.
Tae kwon dead😅😅
Hiii
This show jumped the shark … It’s not anywhere near the caliber of seasons 1 to 3.
Not true at all
You’re just a hater
Watchpartyyyyyy
This show is going downhill, it's really unfortunate.
