You want to chop the Puck then dive straight into it so you get that clean forehead shot. Haha jk man. I assume you mean forehand, one handed tuck? Pull the Puck onto backhand with the right stick then hold L1 then press R1 (Still holding L1). Pretty sure these are in the tutorials. 👍

Try putting it between your legs and click down on your right hand stick
